  • Today is the last day of May which is so crazy to me! In the beginning of the month I made a goal of walking or running a 5k everyday. I missed that goal by 6 days but that means a I walked or ran a 5k for 25/31 day this month which sounds good to me! ⠀

I always try to set lofty goals for myself. I try not to get discouraged if I don’t meet them because I usually make good progress. You can still make big strides in your life if you don’t meet 100% of your goal.⠀

I’m still thinking of a June goal. Do you have any goals you’re trying to meet?
