  • Morning workout ✅ I did a strength session from @thesufferfest - it’s a brilliant workout as there is loads of single leg work which is obviously important to cyclists, and it’s pretty fast-paced too. Lots of reps + short recovery = sweat 💦 I use light weights, a set of 2.5kg or 5kg kettlebells, for my workouts. I don’t lift heavy weights anymore as I’m not on the track so I don’t think I need it as much. Do you incorporate weights into your training schedule? I did a lot of weights when I was a runner. I also did a lot of low cadence work over the winter with my coach, which is very good for building cycling-specific strength! 💪🏼
