do you like beetroot? I used to not like it at all but now I obviously do😏 also in my oatmeal. in case you wanna give this a try, you need:
.
-90 g grated raw beetroot
-60 g oats
~300 ml water
-1 small mashed banana
-50 g frozen raspberries
.
->bring the beet, oats and water to a boil.
->reduce the heat and cook until creamy, constantly stirring. add the banana somewhere along the process. you might need more or less water, depending on your desired consistency.
->when the porridge is cooked, fold in the raspberries and leave it for a bit longer on low heat to make sure they also get warm.
->transfer the porridgeto your bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
ps: how gorgeous is this color?! hopefully as gorgeous as your hump day hehe.

I woke up crying this morning. I try to avoid gory news because of my anxiety and sensitivity, but simply reading the transcript of a video destroyed me like never before. I felt I was there, as yet another one of the helpless witnesses. What happened to this human should have never happened to any. I noticed that pancakes were getting smaller and smaller on the gram and had to give it a try. They taste like regular pancakes but they’re playful AF. All pancake edges if that’s your thing!

- 1 flax egg or regular egg beaten
- 1/2 cup applesauce or banana (120 g)
- 1/2 cup nut milk (120 g)
- 1 tbsp oil (15 g)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g)
- 1/2 cup flour (I use oat) (60 g)
- 1/2 cup quick oats (40 g - can sub flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder, cinnamon.

Makes 32 or so mini pancakes:
1. Mix all wet, whisk together all dry, combine the two into a wet pancake batter.
2. Scoop batter 1 tbsp at a time, flip, cook (I use spray oil).
3. To make the same plate, take 8 or so at a time, add any yogurt, banana, blueberries, walnuts and drizzle of syrup.
4. YUM!
