  • Pea flower infused water. Today, I feel like smashing my head on the wall. My migrain is so bad, really bad i need to take anadin and throwed up few time (sorry guys). Every noise bothering me 😂😂, I am hungry but I’d rather not eat. Started  yesterday and I am it will be gone today 😢😢. Banana pancakes de avena y trigo sarraceno 🥞 🍌 
Versión vegan:
🌱4 cdas de avena + 2 cdas de harina de trigo sarraceno + leche vegetal (consistencia semi líquida) + stevia + 1/2 banana.
Versión veggie:
🌱2 cdas de avena + 2 cdas de harina de trigo sarraceno + 2 claras de huevo + stevia + 1/2 banana.
En ambas versiones procesar y cocinar en una sartén de ambos lados (previamente en la sartén untar aceite de coco @godblessyouoils o spray de oliva de buena calidad @latranquilina, ambos en @biobalance.market 🛒🤎).

I noticed that pancakes were getting smaller and smaller on the gram and had to give it a try. They taste like regular pancakes but they’re playful AF. All pancake edges if that’s your thing!

- 1 flax egg or regular egg beaten
- 1/2 cup applesauce or banana (120 g)
- 1/2 cup nut milk (120 g)
- 1 tbsp oil (15 g)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (21 g)
- 1/2 cup flour (I use oat) (60 g)
- 1/2 cup quick oats (40 g - can sub flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder, cinnamon.

Makes 32 or so mini pancakes:
1. Mix all wet, whisk together all dry, combine the two into a wet pancake batter.
2. Scoop batter 1 tbsp at a time, flip, cook (I use spray oil).
3. To make the same plate, take 8 or so at a time, add any yogurt, banana, blueberries, walnuts and drizzle of syrup.
4. YUM!
