  • Blueberry Pancakes:

I made pancakes earlier this week and I can't get these out of mind since then. So I dug through my gallery until I found these. And yep, mine were no where as good as these. Mine tasted really good, as good as that in the cafes (I think? It has been so long since I have had them out) but mine weren't this fluffy for sure. So next time I am home I will work on my pancakes again.

Till then let's enjoy this frame, because this reminds me of good times. When I could go on breakfast dates every now and then 🙂

  • Já parou pra perceber o quanto nosso corpo é inteligente e perfeito. Tantas funções acontecem sem ao menos a gente pensar sobre. Nosso coração bate sozinho, nossa respiração, nossas células lutam para deixar nosso sistema equilibrado, nós mulheres então, quanta alteração, hormonal e física ao longo da vida.

Quando há alguma coisa em desordem o corpo dá logo um jeito de nos avisar, talvez com uma febre, com uma dor de cabeça, cólicas, algum sintoma chega pedindo um pouquinho de atenção.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
A natureza também possui essa inteligência, os dias viram noites, as plantas secam, florescem, pragas chegam, tudo isso também de maneira natural e como alerta.
A inteligência que cuida de cada funçao e faz com que elas ocorram de maneira perfeita é a mesma que faz com que a natureza seja perfeita. ⠀⠀⠀⠀
Nós estamos incluídos nessa inteligência que regula, ordena e demostra o que está em desequilíbrio. Somo uma extensão dessa inteligência, desse todo.

É exatamente por isso que nas minhas práticas e aulas de Yoga, chamo tanto a atenção para a percepção do corpo.

  • CASHEW CHICKEN STIR-FRY 🥡🥢✨ One of those days when anything that could go wrong, did go wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️ Murphy’s law 〰️ The one redeeming part of my day is tonight’s dinner!!👏🏼 Gluten-free, paleo, and vegan friendly if you sub the chicken for tofu or even cauliflower! How are you guys feeling today? ❤️ #medgal ⁣
⁣
Cashew stir-fry sauce:⁣
1/4 cup coconut aminos ⁣
2 tablespoons Tamari (or soy sauce)⁣
2 tablespoons rice vinegar ⁣
1 teaspoon @yellowbirdsauce sriracha (optional) ⁣
1 garlic clove Garlic ⁣
1-2 tablespoons honey ⁣
½ teaspoon arrowroot powder (optional but it helps thicken the sauce—may also sub with cornstarch)⁣
⁣
For the stir fry:⁣
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice⁣
1/2 onion, chopped⁣
1 cup organic veggie mix (broccoli, peas, carrots, snap peas, whatever you have)⁣
1/3 cup cashews⁣
Handful @organicgirl baby spinach .⁣
⁣
Directions:⁣
1. Sauce: In a medium size bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.⁣
2. Veggies: Sauté veggies on a pan with @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil + coconut aminos until soft.⁣
3. Cauliflower rice: cook frozen cauliflower rice with frozen peas and carrots + coconut aminos and Tamari (or soy sauce if not GF).⁣
4. Cashew chicken: Heat a little @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil on a pan. Add chicken strips to the pan, sesos with a bit of sea salt. Cook about 4 minutes or until brown. Stir in the cashews and the sauce. Bring to a boil then simmer for a few minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.⁣
5. Serve on a base of spinach or greens. Sprinkle sesame seeds and enjoy!⁣
