I’m here to save you with these BBQ JACKFRUIT lettuce wraps 🥬 #SponsoredbyNinja I threw all of the ingredients (and by all, I mean four) in my @ninjakitchen Foodi Pressure Cooker and let that baby work its magic on the slow cooker setting!

I only had one pot to clean up (blessed) AND I got to try out my new fav Ninja accessory — the Foodi glass lid!! I used it in place of the pressure lid while I let my jackfruit cook for a few hours & I was able to check in on it without ever taking the lid off. I’m truly OBSESSED with my ninja and this may be my fav recipe yet!! let know if you give it a try 🥰

BBQ JACKFRUIT:
-1 20 oz can jackfruit, drained
-1/2 cup BBQ sauce
-1/3 c broth or water
-1/2 tsp chili powder seasoning (or combo of cumin, cayenne pepper & garlic powder)
-1/4 onion, sliced thinly

COMBINE all ingredients in Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker and COVER with glass lid. COOK on the “slow cook” setting for 3-4 hours. REMOVE lid, & SHRED jackfruit with forks. PLACE on butter lettuce cups and TOP with cubed mango & avocado. ENJOY! 💛
