MUFFINS A LA CREME DE RIZ !

Avant hier j'ai reçu un pot de crème de riz de la marque @ironshark_nutrition, ni une ni deux il fallait que je la teste, vous me connaissez 🙊
C'est une farine fine et légère, sans gluten, riche en glucides donc parfaite pour le matin ou avant un entraînement 👌
Elle peut servir à épaissir les soupes, ou encore remplacer la crème dans des préparations salées et sucrées.
Me tarde de tenter d'autres recettes comme des pancakes, flan, crèmes mais celle ci est déjà plus que validée 🤩
J'ai obtenu des muffins ultra légers en bouche 😜

Recette : 25g de farine d'avoine peanut butter @prozis, 25g de crème de riz @ironshark_nutrition, 1 œuf, 10g de whey banane /fraise @prozis, 100g de fromage blanc et de la levure !
Cuisson 25min à 180 degrés.
Je les ai fourrés à la confiture de fraises bio sans sucre @prozis (gros coup de cœur pour ce produit d'ailleurs 💞) Alors qui est tenté par un petit muffin ?

I mean, sure, exercise means you burn more calories, making the deficit bigger but ultimately there’s not a workout that will just magically burn fat. I know, it’s annoying 😬

I don’t have many followers but I get enough messages on insta and even emails from readers as to how best to burn fat through exercise.

It’s shit to hear perhaps but calorie deficit is the answer. Of course factors come into play that make following a calorie deficit hard (hormones is a BIGGY!) but burning more than you consume is the overall way to lose weight.

If you want a workout that burns more calories than others, then personally, the ones that make my Apple Watch go kerrrazy are sprints, weighted circuits, boxing and skipping. But again, if I added that 500 calories burnt to an average day of burning 2000 calories through living and NEAT, then I’d only lose weight if I ate less than 2500 calories.

As the fat loss trainer for @freshfitnessfood , the workouts I recommend are much like the above; fairly high intensity, incorporating some weights also. But on the fat loss nutrition plan, there’s a- you guessed it - calorie deficit.

A super easy way to start, is, by tracking a typical week of food and then literally changing one thing to lower the cals. It could be swapping heavy fizzy drink consumption for the diet version (want to clarify that neither of these are nutritious 😂) or going from five biscuits at 11am to two. And slowly go from there. You get the drift

Plus, I would like to add there’s a million and one other benefits of exercise other than burning calories to lose weight ❤️
