Je vous partage mon leg training de ce soir car plusieurs m'ont demandé ce que je faisais comme types d'entraînements 😁
J'avoue que j'aime bien changer le type d'entraînements que je fais en fonction de ma motivation et des exercices que j'ai envie d'essayer.
Je préfères les workout du bas du corps 🍑 mais si on veut des résultats ce n'est pas possible de les travailler tous les jours 😭

1️⃣ Pulse squat - 12 reps 
2️⃣ Reverse lunges - 20 reps (10 reps chaque jambe)
3️⃣ Sumo squat - 12 reps
4️⃣ Crab walk - 20 reps (10 reps chaque jambe)
5️⃣ Donkey kicks - 20 reps (10 reps chaque jambe)
🔄4 rounds et 60 secs de repos entre chaque round
.
🐈Bonus si vous avez un chat, vous pouvez remplacer vos haltères pour le pulse squat 😁

Sinon vous êtes prêts à reprendre vos entraînements à la salle ?

Ingredientes
1 caixinha de creme de leite
2 dentes de alho
Cheiro verde ou coentro a gosto
1/2 suco de limão
120 ml de azeite
Sal a gosto
⠀
Pique o alho e o cheiro verde.
Leve ao liquidificador o creme de leite, o cheiro verde, o alho e o suco de limão, em e velocidade baixa, vá adicionado o azeite em fio para que o molho engrosse, acerte o sal e pronto.
Você pode trocar o cheiro verde por paprica, pimenta... ⠀

  • 🎂JAPO-CHEESECAKE🎂

Os presento a esta maravilla que me acabo de merendar. Es taaan jugosa y esponjosa que me quiero morir!!😍 Me encanta su textura supperfluffy y tostadita por fuera. Además es súper alta en proteína y bajita en calorías.

🌀INGREDIENTES:
- 200 g de queso de untar light
- 50 g proteína de vainilla (yo usé la isolate sabor vainilla toffee de @prozis )
- 100 g claras
- 1 huevo
- Edulcorante al gusto
.
🌀RECETA: 
1. Separar la yema del huevo y añadir las claras a los 100 g.
2. Añadir media cucharilla de zumo de limón y montar las claras con las varillas. 
3. Por otro lado, añadir a la yema el queso, edulcorante y la proteína, y remover con las varillas que no queden grumos.
4. Añadir 1/3 de las claras montadas e integrar bien con movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen. Añadir 1/2 de lo que quede y, cuando esté bien integrado, incorporar el resto.
5. Verter sobre un molde de unos 16 cm de diámetro ( el mío era algo más grande y por eso no me ha quedado tan alto)  forrado con papel vegetal e introducir este en un molde o bandeja de mayor tamaño con un dedo o dos de agua casi hirviendo.
6. Colocar en la parte inferior del horno precalentado y hornear a 180⁰C durante 35 min, con calor arriba y abajo.
7. Pasado este tiempo, dejar 15 min más en el horno apagado sin abrirlo.
8. Desmoldar con cuidado y dejar enfriar.

It's about compassion of the educator and the will of the individual who is being taught. One of the biggest blessings for Steven hawking was that he developed ALS. With his body being unresponsive. For the lateral raise, I would argue yes. Obviously on other movements dumbbells will have their place. But when looking at this exercise specifically the dumbbell falls short!⠀

Why are dumbbells not optimal for lateral raises?❌⠀
-⠀
A dumbbell creates a less favourable resistance profile for the delts due to the weight of the dumbbell being heaviest at the top of the exercise. This is because the length of the moment arm is greatest here, meaning we feel the weight the most when your muscle is at its weakest in its shortened position. If we are being picky, this is not how we want the profiles to look!❌⠀

So why are cables better?✅⠀
-⠀
When working with cables (with the optional cuffs) the load is heaviest through the mid-range of exercise. Due to the line of force being open to manipulation on a cable stack. With dumbbells, the line of force is dictated by gravity and is not adjustable.⠀

The cables resistance profile also fits more effectively with the strength profile of the muscle. As there is a slight drop off in resistance in the shortened range due to the moment arm getting smaller.⠀

CONSISTENCY IS KEY. It is impossible to do it alone. When we have a coach/teacher by our side, they hold us accountable to be consistent, to bring up areas that we need to work on, and to help achieve your goals. We can recognize if we are moving in the direction we want; or if we are fighting against an impossible current and getting in our own way. Coaches make us aware if we need to break away from our repetitive cycles of behavior, and to remove our blocks. Coaches/teachers guide you in helping you achieve your goals, and move towards the path to success. .
