  • Not posted on here in a hot min!!! I have taken a little break from fitness instagrams etc to just do what I want and try not compare myself to others! My fitness schedule is fully up in the air and I just do what I want when I can & don’t punish myself if I don’t want to work out for a day, OR a week 🤣 I’ve seen waaaaaay too many people saying that they feel guilty for not doing what all these fitness accounts are doing on the daily 😒 Easy to forget that for some people fitness is their job, for most of us it’s not and is supposed to be something we do out of enjoyment and to make ourselves feel good 🌞 When I have been working out I’ve completely switched from my usual weight lifting routines to sweaty, high volume circuits and runs (despite having plenty of weights/barbell to do a 5 day split) as I was hating weight training from home so decided to try a new style of training and have actually been loving it, and feel mega fit physically 🌚🕺🏽✌🏽100% recommend to anyone wanting to try something new to check out @gymbox new online on-demand workout site, option to either sign up for free or sub for a small fee.   • The sunlight hides the quad cellulite beautifully. 
My legs are so puffy at the moment and the heat doesn't help. I did start this work out with a top on but as it was so quiet in the park and so damn hot it was lost after the first set. 
Keeping myself moving to try to encourage the crotch goblin to make a bid for freedom.

INGREDIENTI per 4 piadialbume
300 gr di albume montato
50 gr di passata di pomodoro 
Origano
3 gr di sale
Basilico Peperoncino
.
PREPARIAMO
Prendiamo una ciotola e mettiamo il nostro albume aggiungiamo il sale e montiamo a neve.
Una volta raggiunto una consistenza molto compatta possiamo aggiungere il pomodoro e le spezie mescoliamo fino a che il nostro composto non diventa tutto rosa.
La cottura conserve una pentola antiaderente dove mettiamo un quarto del composto e lo cuociamo a fiamma bassa con il coperchio dopo circa 8 minuti dovrebbe essere pronto e potete cuoce anche l'altro lato.
La consistenza ricorda molto una focaccia super morbida ma non sembra una frittata.

Io ho usato 60 gr di salmone affumicato 30 gr di fiocchi di latte e 1 foglia di lattuga. (146 kcal)

Ingredients
.
🔹5-6 raw mangoes , peeled 🔹and sliced
🔹3bsp sugarfree
🔹2 tbsp oil
🔹1 tsp  salt
🔹1 tsp chilli powder
🔹1 tsp  Cumin seeds (Jeera)
🔹1 tsp fenugreek (methi) 🔹1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
🔹1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
🔹1 tsp  edibleColor (optional)

Method
.
🔸Heat oil in a pan, add  cumin seeds, fenugreek ,mustard and fennel seeds and saute till seeds turn golden brown.
🔸Add the mango slices, salt , turmeric and mix well and cook on low heat for approx 5-7 minutes or till cooked.
🔸Add water and cook on low flame
🔸Then add sugar free and chilli powder ,mix well and cook on low flame (without lid) for approx. 10 minutes.
🔸Add colour that is yoir choice
🔸When gravy thickens, remove form the flame and keep aside to cool.
🔸Store refrigerated.

Erróneamente mucha gente piensa que una dieta saludable es incompatible con consumir alimentos calóricos, y aquí entran los frutos secos. .
¿Son buenos o no? La respuesta nos la da la nutricionista @anitademaya 👩‍⚕️ Y es que en una cantidad adecuada (un puñadito al día) nos da -además de energía- una gran cantidad de nutrientes y grasas saludables como el omega 3 👍 .
Además, cada fruto seco tiene unas propiedades diferentes: desde el calcio de las almendras al hierro de los pistachos.
¡Aprovéchate de todas ellas!

I think you know by now that I love “randomly thrown together meals” and this is definitely one of them🙈 Are you team random or planned?⁣
Just put all the veggies you like in a bowl, season them (pepper and rosemary are a must for me), throw them on a baking tray and bake them on 180*C until they’re done. This obviously depends on the veggies you’re using☺️⁣
I used sweet potato, celery root, carrots, pepper, aubergine, zucchini and leek🌿⁣
And most importantly: Serve it with a dip. I made a hummus out of chickpeas, tahini, paprika and some water🙃⁣

S’il y a un gâteau dont je ne me lasse absolument pas, c’est bien le banana bread 🤤 recette inchangée depuis des années, 100% flocons d’avoine, anti gaspi (on a limite hâte que les bananes noircissent haha), vegan car sans œuf, très peu de sucre, mais des pépites de chocolat à volonté (70%)🤪

Recette toujours dispo en story permanente rubrique « banana » 💡

Pour les « pépites de chocolat », je vous recommande fortement de concasser vous même une tablette de chocolat plutôt que d’acheter des pépites toutes faites, c’est moins cher et plus savoureux 🙏🏽

I N G R E D I E N T S 
2 medium carrots
1 1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flour 
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup almond milk 
1 tbsp cinnamon 
4 eggs

Topped with Greek yogurt🧁🤤

M E T H O D

1. Combine almond meal, coconut flour, cinnamon & salt.

2. Combine in a separate bowl maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil and eggs.

3. Grate carrots. Now pour the wet mixture into the dry, add the carrots and combine with a hand mixer.

4. Distribute evenly into muffin tin & bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

5. Apply your yogurt to muffins once they have cooled to room temp
6. Enjoy😋 .
