All I gotta say is - where all my homebodies at? lol
Am I the only one staying home and ordering a pizza?

Fact - When I was in my 20s I fought my introverted self SO hard. I did everything to be as extroverted as possible. I had a sales job, I lived in a big city, I knew lots of people and tried to go out as often as possible. I wanted AS MANY experiences as I could get. Trips, concerts, new restaurants, museums and art galleries. Oh, I can't forget burlesque shows. 
I'm not saying I didn't have fun, but in 2019 I moved back to small town. I slowed down, I connected within and really accepted my introverted self. Now, I'm so calm and balanced. I always thought being extroverted and having a busy lifestyle would make me happy because that's what was marketed to me. Turns out it was the opposite!

I am rebranding the project, and I wanted to tell you a bit about me and why this project is so important and what my goal is.
🔸I am 28 years old, and the daughter of 1 alcoholic and 1 alcoholic/drug user.
🔸At age 5, I was diagnosed with #adhd
🔸In school I was bullied, and misunderstood this hurt my confidence and made me hate myself.
🔸At age 13 I was raped, and got no justice for it.
🔸At age 14 I was in my 1st abusive relationship.
🔸At the age of 15 I wound up in another abusive situation.. One that was very dangerous. 🔸I lost my father to suicide at 17 years old, and did not find out for 7️⃣ months.
🔸At 19, I moved to Ireland and changed my life.

My mental health has suffered due to my circumstances, and I want to make a difference to future generations to know they do not have to suffer in silence. I lost two childhood friends to suicide also, so this project helps me raise awareness for those suffering in silence, and those who have gained their wings too soon.

Along with P3 and T3, this area is responsible for understanding and comprehending language. Whether you are reading, listening, or watching someone use sign language, this area is involved.

Impaired body movement can make someone clumsy or have general motor issues; they may have troubles feeling on the right side of the body; or most often notably for the individual, impaired ability to understand language. (TW mental health)I ment to post on monday but, I was kind of busy trying to OD. I found a movie called Repo the genetic opera and, i’ve been watching clips on youtube. I am very much addicted to it now.

I hate myself so much. I didn’t do much today except for exercise. My parents where down stairs all day so i couldn’t skip any meal. I feel like i had so much, Ik i didn’t but i still feel like shit. I want to die so badly. I can’t fucking be here anymore. I made a promise i’d stay alive but, i honestly don’t think that’s a promise I can keep.

  • I remember reading this sometime last October & I had spent most nights crying myself to sleep praying for the day I can actually laugh again. Looking back my heart aches for lil me but I’ve come so far and I am so grateful for the people around me who keep me smiling and laughing every day. But what I’m most happiest about, is my own growth, I am happy with who I am and that is all I care about 🦋

It's been non stop, climate, economical, health & now moral. It's absolutely normal that all this has got you worried, feeling uncertain & anxious, but I also think we know, as uncertain as this is we have to make that change.

FEAR
Causes anxiety, worry causes anxiety, an inbalance in health causes anxiety etc.

IT'S IMPORTANT
That you know right now, that you're normal, emotions are normal, human reactions are normal. So before we go anywhere take 5 mins to appreciate that you are human, all emotions are valid, we are responding to uncertainty, fear & our immune systems are low partly because of this.
.
WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Counteract all those causes with.
.
Validation of your reactions.
Compassion yourself & for the uncertainty
Deep breaths for your body
Shoulders back for your breath
Relax on the exhale for your tension
Take a nutrional meal for you immune system & balance.
Drink more water to hydrate you & help with the toxins.
.
Look at the uncertainty, will it all be a bad thing or a good thing in the end? All change at some  point involves uncertainty. How many changes have you made already in life? Imagine if you changed nothing ever, because you became afraid of it? Where would you be? Stuck?
.
THESE TIMES
Are unknown, emotional, sometimes angry, but ask yourself, is anger a need unmet? What happened for the anger to rise? Once you release an emotion & you don't shame someone for it, you validate it. Anger & anxiety are both emotions, you begin to heal & are able to see the real cause & do something about the real causes, instead of pointing at the wrong problem. ❤

Dismissing an emotion, causes overwhelm, anger anxiety, trauma etc. 
We are human. Treat everyone as humans x
