Hoy tartar de atún rojo sobre carpaccio de tomate rosa, y pizca de mayonesa de wasabi
Para el tartar he utilizado:
-Atún rojo de calidad.
-Piparra,  pepinillos, cebolleta y cebollino muy picaditos.
-Una cucharadita de mostaza de Dijon.
-Pizca de soja, salsa perrins y Tabasco. (todo al gusto de cada uno sin olvidar que el protagonista es el ATÚN)
-Ralladura de Lima y pimienta.
-Aceite de oliva virgen extra.
-Media yema de huevo.
Mi consejo es hacer un buen mise en place, e ir añadiendo los  ingredientes como están apuntados,  poco a poco para ir corrigiendo al gusto.( Si nos pasamos a la primera ya la hemos liado).
Otro consejo, probar con ingredientes que tengáis o que os gusten mas.

🌞 1-2 Dried Red Chillies 🌶 🌞 1/4 Cup COCONUT 🥥 •••••••••
GRIND ALL  TOGETHER TO A FINE PASTE

In a pan add WATER, SALT, TURMERIC and some diced 🥭 MANGO 🥭🥭 & 🥒 CUCUMBER 🥒 •••••••••
NOW LET THIS COME TO A BOIL. ADD the MASALA PASTE.
 Let them boil and come together.

ADD 1 CUP CURD &  2 CUPS WATER. Adjust the SALT. Let it come to a boil.

Once this comes to a boil. SWITCH OFF the burner.

TEMPERING.
In a pan add Coconut oil/Gingelly Oil/ Any other normal oil. Add some MUSTARD SEEDS. Once this splutters add some Urad dal, Hing , Slit dried red Chillies and CURRY LEAVES . ADD THIS TEMPERING TO.L THE CURRY AND ENJOY WITH STEAM RICE 🍚 .

  • Pas de sorbetière à la maison ? Ce n’est pas une raison pour se priver de réaliser de délicieuses glaces ! Voici une recette express de yaourt glacé aux fraises et aux framboises facile à préparer. N’hésitez pas à adapter la recette en fonction des fruits que vous avez sous la main 😉⠀

Pour 8 personnes : 600 g de yaourt grec, 250 g de mascarpone, 1 gousse de vanille, 250 g de fraises, 125 g de framboises, 4 c. à soupe bombées de sucre glace ⠀
⠀
1. Lavez les fruits. Équeutez les fraises et coupez-les en morceaux. Mixez la moitié des fraises avec 1 c. à soupe de sucre glace et la moitié des framboises.⠀
2. Ouvrez la gousse de vanille sur toute sa longueur et prélevez les graines. ⠀
3. Fouettez le mascarpone avec les graines de vanille et le sucre glace restant. Incorporez-y le yaourt grec petit à petit, marbrez avec le coulis de fraises, versez dans un plat rectangulaire recouvert de papier cuisson, déposez les fruits dessus et placez au congélateur pour 2 h. ⠀
4. Sortez le yaourt glacé du congélateur au moins 5 min avant de servir. ⠀

Ingredienti: 2 rametti di dragoncello, 1 spicchio d’aglio, 50 g di pinoli o mandorle, 50 g di pecorino di Pienza grattugiato, 5 cl di olio EVO.

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
Бисквит:
Мука 340 г
Сода 4 г
Сахар 400 г
Яйца 2 шт
Какао 30 г
Кефир 500 г

Крем:
Сметана 25-30% 450 г
Сливочное масло 82 % 200 г
Сахар 100 г
⠀
Пропитка:
Кофе растворимый 2 ч.л.
Сахар 3 ч.л.
Вода (кипяток) 110 г
⠀
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:
1. Яйца смешаем с сахаром и взбиваем. Добавляем кефир и какао. Перемешиваем.
2. Муку перемешиваем с содой и постепенно вводим в яичную массу.
3. Форму смазываем растительным маслом и выливаем тесто. Выпекаем до готовности при температуре 180 градусов.
4. Для пропитки заливаем кипятком кофе и сахар. Остужаем.
5. Для крема перемешиваем масло с сахаром.
6. Добавляем в крем сметану и еще раз перемешиваем.
7. Бисквит разрезаем на 3 части. Пропитываем коржи пропиткой и смазываем кремом.
8. Украшаем тертым шоколадом.
9. Даем торту пропитаться 4-5 часов.

Carrots are one of the most versatile vegetables and healing foods. They are an excellent source of pro-vitamin A, vitamins C, D, E, K, B1 and B6. They are also rich with biotin, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, organic sodium and some trace minerals, all nutrients essential for overall health and wellbeing. 🥕💜⠀

Ingredients 👇⠀
⁣⠀
🥫Soup:⁣⠀
1 medium potato (chopped into small cubes)⁣⠀
around 8 small/medium carrots (chopped into small circles)⁣⠀
1 tbsp of minced fresh ginger⁣⠀
1 low FODMAP veggie stock cube⁣⠀
1 tsp curry powder⁣⠀
1 tsp turmeric⁣⠀
salt and pepper⁣⠀
500ml water⁣⠀
1/2 tin of coconut cream (only the solid bit)⁣⠀
Fresh handful of flat leaf parsley or coriander if that's your thing (but 😷)⠀
⁣⠀
🌶Spicy curried chickpeas:⁣⠀
1 tin of chickpeas⁣⠀
1 tsp turmeric⁣⠀
1 tsp curry powder⁣⠀
1 tsp chilli flakes⁣⠀
3 tbsp tamari  sauce⁣⠀
⁣⠀
Method 👇⠀
Start by heating up 1 tbsp of garlic infused oil in a large saucepan. Add the ginger and all the spices, giving it a good stir. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
Then add the chopped potato, carrot, stock cube and water and bring to boil. Once boiling vigorously, turn the heat down medium-low to simmer.⁣⠀
⁣⠀
For the chickpeas, start by heating up 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, on a medium-high heat. Add the chickpeas and cook for a few minutes. Then add all the spices and give it a stir. They should start drying up at this point as they are coated by the spices. Add 2/3 of the tamari sauce and turn the heat down low. After around 5 minutes add the rest of the sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
Melt your coconut cream by placing the tin in a saucepan with a little bit of water and bringing to a boil. Stir the cream in the tin until it is all melted and smooth. ⁣⠀
⁣⠀
When the carrots and potato are cooked thoroughly and tender, blend the soup with a handheld blender or just transfer into a food processor and blend.⁣⠀
⁣⠀
Serve the soup in bowls with a drizzle of coconut cream, curried chickpeas, handful of fresh herbs and extra sprinkling of chilli😘

Husband said this was the best cake I have ever made. That compliment although is sweet but brings the responsibility of making it again 😅 I should ask him to help next time right?

  • Il primo pan brioche semplice con lievito madre.
Merito di @panedolcealcioccolato che mi ha dato tutte le conversioni del caso, oggi l'ho preparato con yogurt greco, fragole e pasta di nocciole al cacao amaro ma ho in serbo anche altre combo ;)
Una colazione dolce incrociando le dita per le vacanze prenotate e in parte pagate a gennaio prima di tutta questa situazione che ci ha rivoluzionato la vita...
