We've all heard of  False Evidence Appearing Real to depict the meaning of "fear". How has fear crimpled you?⁣

How has fear caused you not to meet or even exceed your goals?⁣
⁣
These scriptures below help me for sure when I am fearful. ⁣

  • Woke up early and started my fifth day of recovery with a GOOD workout 👏🏻✨👏🏻 Almost had a slip last night, 
But i was strong enough to say NO

  • Baltic in the studio today... however @themissingbean kept me warm and awake with their bountiful fresh coffee! One of the hundreds of reasons to stick to my meal plan is that I MUST remain healthy in order to peruse modelling. And very importantly... this five week pose requires continuity when it comes to my appearance. Should I lose weight, the artists who trust and pay me to be a reliable and consistent will be affected. However, should I gain weight accordingly, in the slow and prescribed way that I have been given, no atheistical changes will be noticeable. Is that not just wonderful and such an awesome incentive and motivation to not stray from my meal plan?   • Even though January is already going strong, I still wanted to tell you my goals for this month! • Drink 2 litres of water: I feel like my drinking is okay, but could be more, so i’m focussing on drinking more. • Read 1 book: with my yearly goal in mind, I want to read 1 book before the end of the month. • workout 3 times a week: I wanna keep on working out. And even though I’m sick right now, I do want to keep this goal! • Eat (enjoy) 1 food through weekdays that I would normally only eat in the weekend. : this is a recoverygoal. All food is good food and no food should be kept for weekends.

  • It’s that time of year again, my last day in paeds ED yesterday was marked with junk food, lots of laughs (and obviously lots of hard working too) and with catching another Wallace. I’m so sad to be leaving the amazing Team CED...Thanks for all the chats, laughs and cups of tea, you are all absolute heroes. I hope you enjoy the peace and quiet. So after an incredible 6 months it’s time to pack up the stickers, bubbles and helium balloons because I’m heading back to the Mead, watch out we are coming for you guys.   • Dinner today was this burger (all of the sauce scraped off though) and a few of the veggies. 
It's been such a crazy day. After the breakfast brunch thing we walked...and walked...and walked all day long throughout the city. I hoped the rest over night would stop my knees from hurting but oh my God they hurt. So much. We didn't have lunch since dinner was quite early at 6pm and breakfast quite late at 10:30am. By the time dinner time rolled around I had just about had enough of walking up stairs, down stairs, through small streets that having to choose this burger was the toughest choice ever. I then had a major meltdown, cried like a baby because my body hurt so much and I just hated myself for choosing the burger. I'm 'glad' I ate the burger but God the thoughts are loud and my stomach is in pain. I had to eat it slowly because my heart was hurting too bad. I checked in the toilet and i have small bruises forming where my hipbones are...does anyone else have that? And my right upper arm is killing me everytime I move it. Any suggestions? 
My dad said he was proud I chose the burger but I'm just so scared of returning home. Flying home tonight and I'll hopefully be done travelling and arrive around midnight and then it's off to bed. 
So you've seen all I've eaten today. I might have like a trek bar later on if the journey is so long but we will see. It's been one of the hardest, most painful days I've ever had. It didn't even hurt this bad when I was at my worst in December.  So maybe I've gotten worse I'm not sure.

  • Dinner....another disaster, starting to see some repetition here? I only ate the fish not the sauce or rice because the rice was like cheesy risotto which is just not what I wanted at all. The restaurant was the worst pick it only had this and then lots of massive meat things cooked in fat with chips as options etc so I didn't feel comfortable with anything but this was the only thing where I knew I could at least eat the fish. 
It's been the worst of days. All I had previous to this was just some cereal this morning that was it. We walked around and I was in so much pain, my knees have given up on me I think. I just want to cry. I can see the disappointment and sadness in my dad's face all the time and it's just too much. At least I'm alone in my hotelroom in the evening and don't have to face them.

  • Dinner tonight.. .what a disaster. I ordered chicken with roasted vegetables, expecting maybe some tomatoes, peppers brocolli or anything but well this is what I got. The two veggies I don't like like aatttt all zucchini and aubergine. I tried a bite and it was so gross. So I ate a bit of the chicken (not all of it because it was stuck to the bone and honestly I just couldn't get myself to) and that was it. 
I think just the thought of having to eat out 4 days in a row is scaring me so much I've gone 100% restriction and just don't want to eat at all. We went on a hike today (not too long or extensive) which was really nice. Had some cereal for breakfast and a slice of toast with some jam and a cuppa soup sachet for lunch and then this piece of chicken for dinner. Calorie estimates aren't looking too good right now I'm not gonna lie. I just want to cry ..it just feels like it's falling apart. Plus my dad's gf won't stop saying how fat she's gonna be everytime we eat something (she is a perfectly normal healthy body type) and that she looks fat and not skinny like me everytime we take a picture and it's triggering the shit out of me which I know it shouldn't but it just is 😓😓 im kinds lost right now.

  • Dinner today in Geneva was spaghetti with tomatoes and some ham bits (which I didn't eat) but I ate the rest! 
Super challenging but I did it!!! (TW)

It's been a very very tough day. I had my usual cereal for breakfast and a slice of toast with jam and a cuppa soup sachet for lunch and then this for dinner. It was so scary and I feel like I've eaten way too much. I've looked up some calorie estimates and it looks at about 550(?) Do you guys think that's right? I know I shouldn't count but this is driving me insane. I've accounted 600 for it which puts me at about 1200 for the day so I'm not freaking out toooo much. 
I've been sooo exhausted so it's been a very weird day. We walked around Geneva but every step was such a struggle and I had to sit down a lot. However after eating this I had a lot more energy and now we're waiting at the airport to pick up my dad's gf and then we'll drive back (so a late night). I wish you all a lovely evening and just want to thank all of you for your continous support. I don't think I could handle any mean messages today xxxxxx

  • Dinner today was some rice with carrots tomatoes and brocolli 😍😍 finally my dad let me eat something vegan and in my comfort zone again, because were going out for dinner the next 4 evenings and honestly I'm severely freaking out and don't want to do it. (TW) 
Today's been a bit tough I don't know why. I had some cereal for breakfast and we then went out for ice cream so I had two scoops(!!!!) and an apple afterwards for lunch because I just couldn't face eating anything else. And then this was all I could manage to eat for dinner. I had quite a big night snack yesterday and I think it just triggered bad thoughts or something. Plus like I mentioned earlier im really nervous about the next four days of eating out. I tried to talk to my dad about it but he doesn't really get why I'm so anxious about it.   • And here it is my friends, my dinner 😲😲😲 I cannot believe I just ate this. It has been one of my favourite german/swiss/French dinners for years; Flammkuchen! It's like a pastry Base with creme freche, cheese and little ham pieces and omgosh it's so tasty. 
I've got a bit of a tummy ache but that's only natural with a dinner like this.   • Lunch today was toast with Nutella (!!!!) And jam and a blueberry yogurt! 
I've got such an insanely challenging dinner coming. It's a flammkuchen which is like a pizza but a bit different (but calorie wise basically the same...) and I had a breakdown in the supermarket. I was gonna go for a lower calorie ready meal and my dad looked disappointed so we had a chat and I ended up buying the flammkuchen. But I was then so scared to have lunch but thanks to the all amazing @becoming.nenas (I mean seriously she is the best...♡♡) I did and she even encouraged me to have more. This is what this community and friends are for.
We all have a different road to recovery and I don't think we should force one certain way on each other but we're all here for support.

  • Went on another long long hike today!! (Hike details in pic 4) and it was so so beautiful. (TW) 
Unfortunately we kinda timed everything wrong and thought it'd be shorter and then got back so late blabla la so lunch while hiking was this apple. I realise that's not a lot especially considering I just burned like 750 calories hiking but it honestly was due to circumstances not on purpose. For breakfast of course I had my cereal again because that always fuels me right!   • Yesterday's dinner was fish with rice and brocolli. 
I watched to the bone on Netflix yesterday and well...it was quite interesting.  I really enjoyed it but wish they had showed more of her recovery at the end and of the impact her situation had on her family and friends, because for me that's a big factor in wanting to recover. Have you guys watched it? If yes what did you think? And did any of you find it triggering because I personally did find some of it very triggering resulting in a bit of a tough day today.

  • So today has been the craziest day!!! We set out to hike and OMG we did it!!! We hiked from 1100 to 2600m which is a height difference of about 1.5km stretching over a hike of 7.5km one way! This is the highest height difference I've ever in my entire life covered!!!! I am so so proud right now!!! Breakfast was my jordans muesli of course at 8:30. I had 2/3 of a trek bar when we made it to the highest point of the hike at about 13:30 (which I'll upload a pic of later because it is so aesthetically pleasing haha) and this crepe for lunch (is it still lunch when it's at 4pm? I don't know haha) and dinner tonight at like probably 19:30 will be the same tortellini I showed a few days ago (because they are so yummy!) I still cannot believe I did this.   • Dinner tonight was the MOST challenging thing I have had to do throughout this entire process: cheese fondue. My favourite food for dinner in fact and the thing I've deprived myself off for 2 years. Not only that I've eaten really no proper cheese at all for 9-11 months now so this was such a big win!!! I've added the second photo because the one on the left is me before and the one on the right is me after eating this dinner. See any difference? Me neither. The only difference is the added excitement and energy I had because of this yummy meal and the challenge I'd just overcome. It shows that eating a massive meal like this won't make me suddenly swell up. It won't make me suddenly gain insane amounts of weight. It's just a meal...my favourite at that. Don't let anything stop you, keep going, you're doing so well

We've all heard of  False Evidence Appearing Real to depict the meaning of "fear". How has fear crimpled you?⁣

How has fear caused you not to meet or even exceed your goals?⁣
⁣
These scriptures below help me for sure when I am fearful. ⁣
1)	Deuteronomy 31:8 “He will never leave you nor forsake you.  Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”⁣
⁣
 2)	Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” ⁣
⁣
3)	Isaiah 43:1 “Don’t fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine.” ⁣

4)	1 John 4:18 “Perfect Love Casts Out All Psalm 18:2 “The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer.” ⁣

5)	Psalm 18:2 “The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer.” ⁣

I also know that I MUST DO SOMETHING after I am reminded of the above scriptures. Do something TODAY that scares you but puts you one step closer to goals. ⁣

  • Baltic in the studio today... however @themissingbean kept me warm and awake with their bountiful fresh coffee! One of the hundreds of reasons to stick to my meal plan is that I MUST remain healthy in order to peruse modelling. And very importantly... this five week pose requires continuity when it comes to my appearance. Should I lose weight, the artists who trust and pay me to be a reliable and consistent will be affected. However, should I gain weight accordingly, in the slow and prescribed way that I have been given, no atheistical changes will be noticeable. Is that not just wonderful and such an awesome incentive and motivation to not stray from my meal plan?
