  • One thing I've been trying to do over this quarantine time is try to improve my non gym performance. A better sleep schedule all the time, extra dog walks (see exhausted doggo as exhibit A), better general nutrition choices and better recovery work (regular Epsom baths ftw!). Quest bars have always played such a helpful role in rounding out my nutrition, whether i need a quick protein boost, an evening treat that's not too scandalous or i just feel a lil low on fiber these guys are ALWAYS there for me!

  • It’s been good fun taking Zoom classes over the past couple of months for @bpfhub!

I like to steer away from the traditional ‘fitness class’ and simply getting people moving about with no purpose.

This mornings full body dumbbell workout was a combination of some strength work, tempo work, isometric (static) holds and a lovely EMOM (every minute on the minute) to finish!

Semaine 7 Jour 3: Je suis extrêmement fatiguée cette semaine... Un gros stress et une petite crise de nerf (panique youpi) suite au TFE, ça m’a achevée... Le stress est par contre loin de s’en aller pour le moment donc je vais devoir trouver un moyen de gérer... La séance de sport journalière me permet au moins de me “nettoyer” l’esprit l’espace de quelques minutes... .

  • *triggers 50% of vegans & carnivores*.. this is what a cooked 🥩 should look like not like all you well done nutters what a waste imo 😕. For religious reasons I can understand but as a preference really?! 😂. I wonder if the carnivore benefits tribe is merely a better daily protein profile & caloric restriction. Will be interesting to see what happens to them in a few years without any veggies🤔...will it turn out like most vegans going back to either veggie with dairy or back to meat & veg like most? My guess is most will switch back over time do what you like it’s just a guess!😋.how’s everyone’s gains going?

  • 170 for reps back in november 💪💪 injured myself on dls back in january and struggled with it right up untill the quarantine (timing, right) and honenstly cant wait till the gyms open and I can get this lift back up 😍

  • Ogni volta che mi alleno cerco sempre di sfidare me stessa, dando il massimo.

Sono sempre stata amante del movimento. Si, ho avuto alti e bassi, soprattutto durante il periodo universitario, ma di base ho sempre studiato con curiosità e messo in pratica tutto ciò che riguarda allenamento e alimentazione.

E per me non è un sacrificio (come alcuni pensano), ma è divertimento e scoperta continua.

Nonostante le mie tante ore di lavoro, riesco sempre a trovare il tempo per allenarmi. Perchè VOGLIO farlo e non perchè "devo".

I cannot believe how far this account has come. From being the insecure girl posting about the meals she ate to lose weight, to the person I am now is truly a 180. The amount of growth as an individual that I have endured has been documented on this account, and for that, I am grateful.

From my first post in 2018, I was ashamed and embarrassed of this account. Yes, I wanted to document my health journey and share it with those with similar mindsets, but my biggest fear was “will people think I’m weird for this?” And for that mindset I am embarrassed. This account shows beauty, strength, consistency... all things I am extremely passionate about.

  • Om träningen blir är ett måste utan att du är en elitidrottare och tjänar pengar på din sport. Då har du inte ett sunt förhållande till din träning.

Med träning så innebär oxå vila och mat. På en vilodag ska man inte behöva gå och träna för att förbränna. Man ska heller inte behöva ha ångest för att man inte tränar en dag eller två!

Jag visar en bild på mig med min elcykel gåendes och äter en macka. Ja för jag har en elcykel eftersom det är ett transportmedel för mig och inte i syfte att förbränna. Jag äter även bröd då det är ett perfekt mellanmål. Denna rågbröd med smör. Detta är en typisk bild på mig och mitt liv. Ätandes mellan träning och jobb.

Låt din träning istället vara lustfyllt och upphöjande i längden. Ja du har hört det. Träna för att du älskar din kropp. Inte för att du hatar den. Hitta en livstil som passar dig och en träningsform som gör dig glad!
