I go through phrases of hating upper body days and loving them and the last week or so I’ve moved back to loving them!! đŸ€© I’ve been really trying to push myself in my upper workouts during lockdown as I feel like I’m significantly weaker than I am at leg days and I want to even out a lil! ⚖ Can feel myself getting stronger which is good news, just gotta maintain it!

In, my opinion its important for men to stay flexible, especially for those who love to go heavy and into gaining muscle, because as we gain more muscle we become less flexible, if stretching is not practiced.

So I was scrolling through old photos and came across the photo on the left from 2016 and mehn was I skinny😯 I mean just look at the difference or am I the only one seeing this? ⁣⁣
Now the funny part is, I hadn't even noticed how much my body had changed until I placed both photos side by side. What is the point of this post? A lot of people lose interest in fitness and working out because they feel like nothing is happening and I want everyone reading this to understand that just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there. Workingout is not an overnight fix; it won't take you from where you are to where you want to be in 2 days. It is a process. It takes time and patience but we sometimes can be so focused on the big goals that haven't happened yet that we miss out on the little changes that ARE happening, forgetting that it is the little that lays the foundation for the big. That is the reason I always tell the people that reach out to me to document their journeys no matter what the goal is. It is very important. That way, we can look back whenever we feel like giving up and actually see how much has happened and how far we have come and not be so stuck on those big and sometimes unrealistic goals we set for ourselves.

My obliques are bad. My traps aren't good. My triceps is bad. My quads and calves suck. My glutes aren't strong enough to support my back. đŸ€·â€â™‚ïžđŸ˜ł

I see so many people just ignoring their weakpoints. They have a good chest and what do they do? Train chest only because it sucks to be bad at something like one-leg calve raises. 😕

Don't ignore the weakpoints. Never. This will cause imbalances and injuries.
Know your weaknesses and work them away. ⚠

Have some great gains my friends! Your friendly neighbor with the weird body proportions. 😉

  • Wants to reduce Fat ?

follow these three exercises and get an amazing benefits

1ïžâƒŁ Exercise number one i.e  Running🏃🏃🏃🏃 Method:-start to run slowly and after 3  to 5 minutes make it at medium pace and reach up to intermediate level.
(increase your timing in daily attemp  and make it up to 25 to 30 minute it will be perfect for you)

2ïžâƒŁ Exercise number two i.e  Plank 
Method:-keep your body straight and make your back balanced now breath slowly and feel contraction on your abdominal part, no hold this position for 1 minute to failure. (increase your timing from 1 minute to 2 1/2minute)

3. Exercise number 3 i.e  Vertical leg raise
Method:- lying down on the ground and keep your body straight no slowly raise your leg up to 90 degree make sure u form an angle 90 degree and then slowly down your leg.
(perform this exercise slowly as you can to get better result . 20 to 25 reps in a single  set and of total 3-4 SETS.

It’s literally just your freakin gravitational pull. If you went to the moon, you wouldn’t have a weight. (You’d have a mass but das besides the point đŸ€“)⁣

Your weight ≠ your worth ⁣
⁣
There are also so many variables that affect your weight. Here’s just a few:⁣
* how late you ate last night (if the food is still in your stomach)⁣
* how much water your body is holding (water retention)⁣

* how sore/ inflamed you are ⁣

  • Exceeded my step goal today by 5k with a beaut walk around Ladybower reservoir in the Peak District. Feels like I've walked my ass off over the past week. We've been making the most of the sunshine and freedom before Matt goes back to work. Apologies for the baby spam on my stories 😂

Push session about to go down! My workouts have been good this week. Just need to get fully back on track with my eating now. Since the 4 week challenge ended I've been living my best life being a little more leinient with the treats so I want to practice a bit more discipline. Not going to restrict treats completely though, cos that'll just make me want them even more! A little of what I fancy goes a long way. °

  • ⁣Taking a break from my bulk⠀
⠀
I decided to take a short break from my lean bulk just to clean things up by going back to maintenance and increasing my steps. It got a little too dirty for my liking the last few weeks with college being so busy and just not making the best choices when it came to my food which led to a little extra fat gain but that’s okay nothing wrong with that at all.⠀
⠀
I just want to feel comfortable in my skin and when I am a little leaner I do feel more comfortable.  If that means slowing down my progress with growing muscle that’s okay too because as cliche as it sounds I want to enjoy this journey in a surplus because it’s going to be a long one ✌
