I hope you are doing great! ☺
This bowl of oats consisted of 50g oats meal mixed with some skyr and chia seeds, topped with a banana, a pear, cinnamon and my NEW HOMEMANDE GRANOLA! 💕 It's a pretty basic one with nuts and it's so delicious! Here's the recipe :

Ingredients (about 10 portions)
-200g oats
-3tbsp honey
-1.5tbsp sunflower oil
-10tbsp seeds (flax, sunflower) -2 handfuls chopped nuts 
Step 1)Preheat the oven to 140°C and line a baking tray with a baking sheet.
Step 2)First chop the nuts and mix the dry ingredients: oats, seeds and nuts.
Step 3) In a small bowl combine the honey and oil and pour it over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Step 4) Once everything is coated with the honey-oil mixture, spread the granola on the baking tray and throw it In the preheated oven for 20 minutes.  Let it cool down completely before filling into a jar. Enjoy! 😍

We might just have solved your breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner problem 🤔
I highly recommend you to try this out 🥰
Lets have a look at the ingredients: 
1+1/2 cups rolled oats @gaiagoodhealth
1/2 cup chopped almonds 
3 tbsp sunflower seeds (can use any seeds that you have handy) 
2 tbsp flax seeds 
Coconut oil/ almond oil and honey/maple syrup mixture by adding 3 tbsp oil to 2 tbsp honey (can add more if you like extra sweet or leave it if you want to make savoury granola) 
Please make sure you mix it well
*No restrictions *No set pattern
*Go wild with flavors and toppings (I used apricots,  toasted coconut and some cornflakes for that extra crunch) 
You can also go all in and add cocoa powder and some dried blueberries with chocolate shavings (One of my favourites) (almonds and blueberries are great together) 
You can substitute almost everything with anything that you have at home 🏠
All you really require is rolled oats and some oil for baking it.

  • Inspired by my friend @crystalwny, made my first easy quick and nutritious cocoa granola balls!
✅1 1/2 cup of large oat flakes
✅half handful of nuts
✅45ml homey
✅30ml nut butter
✅30ml flaxseeds 
Stir up all ingredients and mix if together! 🥣🥣🥣
bake it under 375F for 10minutes and wait until it’s cooled down! You can keep it in the fridge for more crispy textures! High in protein and fibre, very handy snacks!

  • Banana bread cookies with oats!
1 cup Mashed bananas – (200 gr)
1/2 cup Coconut oil or any other oil (no EVO) – (80 gr)
3 tablespoons Brown sugar – (20 gr)
2 cups + 3 tablespoons Ground oats (see notes in the post) – (160 gr)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 pinch Salt
2.5 ounces Dark chocolate chunks or chips – 70 gr

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 356° F (180° C)
In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, oil, brown sugar and give a quick stir.
Add oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips/chunks. Stir until you get a thicker batter. It should be sticky.
Use an ice cream scoop to form the cookies, then flatten them using your wet hands.
Bake for about 12 mminutes. DONE! Easy .

Solo tienes que dejar en remojo 15 min la quinoa, después la escurres bien, y la pones a hervir con agua por 25min o hasta que se consuma el agua (por 1 tza de quinoa agrega 2 tzas de agua).

Después lleva la quinoa al horno a fuego bajo! Hasta que esté dorada!! 😎👌🏼

Tuesta en horno nueces, hojuelas de avena, coco rallado natural, para hacer tu mix de granola a gusto 🌈🐿

Agrega frutas deshidratadas 🍇como pasitas, duraznos, goji berries, cranberries👉🏼👀 (solo revisa que no contengan aceites ni azúcar estos son difíciles de conseguir)

NUTRI TIP: guárdala sin agregarle endulzantes, cuando te sirvas tu porción, le agregas 1-2cucharaditas de miel o raspadura, sino se vuelve un pegote con los días y se humedecen los cereales perdiendo la textura crocante. .
Personalízala 👌🏼😃 agrégale especias como canela, vainilla, cardamomo, nuez moscada, gengibre, esencia de almendras, ralladura de citricos! Tu imaginación es el límite 👩🏻‍🌾✨

Calories: 176kcal  Total Time: 30 mins 
Ingredients:
250 g /2/5 cups Scottish porridge oats/rolled oats
4 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp Manuka honey 
150 g /1 cup hazelnuts
4 tbsp Demerara sugar

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool slightly, then roughly chop.

2. In a large bowl combine oats, melted coconut oil, Manuka honey, Demerara sugar and chopped nuts.

3. Line a 9" X 13" pan with parchment paper making sure the sides overhang from the pan, then empty the contents of the bowl into the pan, spread evenly and then pack in tightly.

4. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden and smells of honey. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then pick up by the overhanging sides of parchment paper and lift from the pan onto a cutting board. Cut into 16 rectangles. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container.

No es por nada pero.... Jamás había probado una más deliciosa que esta 🙃🙂🤣 El sabor es divino, sabe a pastel, sabe a lo que huele el pan recién horneado y lo mejor es que dura mucho tiempo ese sabor fresco y crocante, los invito a hacer su propia granola!!!🤤 .

PREPARACIÓN: .

Hornear 13 minutos (200c o 380 f) pero deben estar súper atentos porque se quema!! Van dándole vueltas para que se caramelice parejo, retirar y agregar los frutos deshidratados y el coco, ponerla nuevamente al horno por 5 a 6 minutos. Sacar del horno, dejarla enfriar y guardar en un frasco de vidrio y Listo!! Fácil, rápido y delicioso 🤤 .

When I was in Peru about I year ago, I (of course) visited a few chocolate shops - I mean, I had to - the chocolate there is SO GOOOD! There were chocolate shops all around our hotel - and I scouted out each n’ every one. One day, when our class didn’t quite get lunch, I was strapped for food, didn’t have a ton of cash - and craving chocolate… Soooo, my friend and I wandered from shop to shop, munching on the samples… We probably had about 10 samples from each spot - just enough to fill us up and get a good ol’ sugar high 🙈

Let’s just say, by the end of my time in Peru, I had tasted soooo much chocolate… At this point, my suitcase was literally half chocolate and half clothes (I had to wear extra layers on the flight home just to fit all the chocolate in).. About 8 months later, and I still have a few bars o’ chocolate from Peru… Hopefully this situation is over when my stash runs out - cause I’ll need to head on back and restock…😋😋

Vegan et sans gluten 
Ce soir je vous propose une recette de granola sans gluten, croustillant et tellement simple a réaliser. Promis ça ne vous prendra que 10 minutes maximum ! Bien moins cher que ceux du commerce et peu d’ingrédients à avoir sous la main. 🍁

Ingrédients : - 250 gr de flocons d’avoine sans gluten (on peut prendre aussi des flocons de sarrasin, de millet...) - 20 gr de farine de riz (ou de la poudre d’amande fait aussi très bien l’affaire) - 100 gr de sirop d’érable - 30 gr d’huile végétale neutre - 1 cuillère à café de vanille liquide - 1 pincée de sel - Environ 30 gr d’eau 
On commence par préchauffer son four à 180 C• 
Dans un saladier, on mélange les flocons, la farine (ou poudre d’amande) et le sel. 
On ajoute le sirop d’érable, l’huile, la vanille, on mélange bien (de préférence avec ses mains c’est plus simple) ensuite on ajoute l’eau progressivement pour que tout s’imprègne bien, la texture doit être collante. On peut rajouter un peu d’eau si on voit que la consistance n’est pas désirée. 
On prend une plaque à pâtisserie et on étale bien son granola, on forme des pépites et op au four pendant une vingtaine de minutes. 
Tout dépend de l’aspect que vous souhaitez, moi j’aime bien mon granola pas trop doré. Le granola se durcit à la sortie du four. 
On laisse refroidir et on le conserve en bocal, on peut rajouter des pépites de chocolat, des raisins secs, des noix, bref ce qu’on veut.

1- Dans un saladier, bien mélanger le son & les flocons d’avoine,  la coco, le sirop d’agave.

2- Ajouter le beurre d’amande, l’huile de coco, & la cannelle. Bien mélanger à nouveau, n’hésitez pas à y aller avec les mains.

3- Découper en tout petits morceaux les fruits secs et les ajouter à la pâte. Bien mélanger à nouveau.

4- A la main, masser la pâte, en faire ses boudins compactes, les casser grossièrement sur du papier cuisson afin de faire des morceaux plus ou moins gros selon vos goûts.

5 - Allumez votre four à 150 degrés quand vous vous apprêtez à y mettre votre plaque. Surveiller la cuisson, c’est assez rapide, mais ça dépend vraiment de votre four, une fois que c’est bien doré sortir du four et ne pas y toucher jusqu’à refroidissement total, ça devient croquant quand c’est froid. .

Recipe is from the lovely @ohsheglows Every Day Cookbook “Vanilla Coconut Super Seed Granola”. Love this 100% plant based cookbook! 🌱 Her recipe is vegan, gluten free & even nut free! We do not have nut allergies but it is a delicious recipe that included lots of healthy seeds like hemp & sunflower! 🌻

  • Dropping some crispy cinnamon peanut butter chocolate granola right here and right now 😫😍
I’ve made granola twice and both times have honestly just been putting in a bowl whatever seems like a granola-appropriate ingredient and calling it a day cus honestly it’s rlly hard to mess up granola (unless you burn it hehe)
Today I whipped this up after my morning training and wow I couldn’t stop munching on it, even when it was right out of the oven and extremely hot 😀 •

Preheat oven to 350° F (Bare with me cus this is an estimate of what I used):
In one bowl mix
2 cups 1/2 oats
1-2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup slivered almonds
< 1/4 cup raisins
3 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp salt
For some more chocolate you can add some cocoa powder

In a separate bowl:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4-1/2 cup honey
2-3 tbsp olive oil

Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread out your granola very flat. I baked for 20 mins (half way through I took it out and mixed it a bit) ~ it came out a lil burnt for me but that’s cus my oven is broken sooo 💁‍♀️ that just makes it crispier thooo 😆 •

After it was done, I stirred in chocolate chips and they melted a bit cus it was still hot, if you don’t want your chocolate chips to melt, just wait for the granola to completely cool and then add them in 😌 •

There’s many other ingredients you can add to granola (depends on how you want it to taste) so some examples are things like walnuts, pepitas, pecans, cashews, peanuts, dried fruit, pumpkin spice, ginger, sunflower seeds, etc. And for the wet you can do agave or syrup instead of honey, almond butter or cashew butter or whatever nut butter you like and coconut oil instead of olive oil. I’m probs making more granola soon and will share it as well :-)

So when I was craving granola the other day, I just made some🙌🏻! It’s actually super easy. I usually eyeball the recipe, mixing oats with maple syrup and nut butter until relatively sticky🤓. This time I used:⁣
⁣
👉🏻1 cup oats (I actually used @sevensundaysmn Wild & Free Mix here but usually oats are my go to!)⁣
👉🏻¼ cup peanut butter⁣
👉🏻2-4 tsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it!)⁣
👉🏻½ tsp vanilla extract⁣
👉🏻2 tsp chia seeds⁣
𝘗𝘓𝘜𝘚⁣
👉🏻¼ cup mixed nuts⁣
👉🏻2 tbsp pumpkin seeds⁣
👉🏻1 tsp dried cranberries⁣
👉🏻2 tsp chocolate chips⁣
⁣
To make, preheat oven to 350F🔥. Mix oats, PB, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds in a bowl 🥣 until it all sticks together well👌🏻. Then flatten out on a baking tray and bake for 20-ish minutes⏰. Let cool in the oven with the door open. The granola only hardens up as it cools down so this step is 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 important😉. When it has cooled down, add nuts, chocolate chips, seeds, dried fruit, or any other add ins you like😋.⁣

This makes a relatively small batch so feel free to make double or triple 😁⁣

  • Happy Thursday! Spiced raspberry and vanilla chia granola parfaits to start the day. Who wants my other one? How to 👇 My legs are feeling so tired today. I feel like I'm running more since this all started. But today I'm taking a break and doing lots of stretching. I've got a online Pilates class later too look forward to too. Hope you all stay safe and well! 💞💞💞
To make:
- Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds with 100ml almond milk, a dash of vanilla extract and maple syrup and leave overnight in the fridge.
- In the morning toast a 1/4 cup oats in a pan on the stove for a few minutes until toasty.
- Add in a big pinch of mixed spice (mine included cardamom, coriander, ginger, caraway and nutmeg) a handful of nuts and seeds that you like and toast for a further minute.
- Turn off the heat and stir in a heaped tsp of maple syrup. Make sure everything is coated well.
- Pour the mixture onto parchment paper and leave to get crispy.
- When the granola is ready add crushed raspberries to the bottom of a glass, a spoonful of the chia pudding, granola and then continue to layer the chia and granola until you've filled the glass.
- Top with raspberries and almond butter.
- Enjoy!

Method:⁣
1. Place banana and date syrup in a large bowl and whisk together with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients (except for yoghurt) and mix well.⁣
2. Greasy a muffin tin and place ~2 tbsp of the mixture into 8 cups and form a cup-shape pressing with your hands or using a very small glass.⁣
3. Bake at 350F / 180 C for ~15-20 minutes. Let cool, then add the yoghurt and toppings, ready to serve!⁣

    2. Greasy a muffin tin and place ~2 tbsp of the mixture into 8 cups and form a cup-shape pressing with your hands or using a very small glass.⁣
    3. Bake at 350F / 180 C for ~15-20 minutes. Let cool, then add the yoghurt and toppings, ready to serve!⁣

Granola gehört zu meinen absoluten Favoriten unter Frühstücksrezepten. Wenn man ein großes Blech zubereitet, dann  ist man  für die ganze Woche mit einer leckeren Schale Granola mit Joghurt und Beeren versorgt. Am Wochenende wird bei mir Kokos-Buchweizen-Granola gebacken 🥥🔥

3 reife Bananen mit der Gabel zerdrücken, 1 EL Mandelmus,  1 TL Zimt, 3 EL Ahornsirup oder Honig, 50 g gehackte Pekannüsse, 50 g Goji Beeren dazugeben, gut umrühren. 3 Tassen Haferflocken unterheben. Granola auf dem Backpapier verteilen und ca 30 min backen, alle 10 min umrühren.

Granola is one of my absolute favorites among breakfast recipes. Just make a batch of granola and you habe meal preps for delicious morning bowls with joghurt and berries for a whole week. Glutenfree granola without tons of sugar and oils!

In a large bowl, combine 3 very ripe mashed bananas, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp maple sirup or honey, 50 g chopped raw pecans, 50 g goji or cranberries. Add 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, mix well. Place granola at the baking sheet with baking paper, bake about 30 minutes, stir in every 10 minutes.

Одно время я готовила гранолу каждую неделю в разных вариациях! это один из самых вкусных вариантов завтрака с йогуртом и ягодами. Пожалуй, на выходных поставлю большой противень с любимыми хлопьями, кокосом и орешками в духовку 🤤 здесь гранола совсем без масла! Крутая текстура получается за счёт бананов.

3 спелых банана размять вилкой, добавить 1 стл миндального урбеча, 1 чл корицы, 3 чл сиропа топинамбура или мёда, 50 г измельчённых орехов пекан (любых), 50 г сухих ягод клюквы (годжи), перемешать. Вмешать 3 стакана овсяных хлопьев долгой варки. Поместить на противень с пергаментом, выпекать около 30 мин, помешивать каждые 10 мин.

1 e 1/2 xic de aveia em flocos grossos 
1/2 xíc de gergelim
1/3 xic semente de linhaça
1/2 xíc de coco ralado
1/2 xíc de nozes e castanha do Pará picadas
1/4 xic óleo de coco 
1/4 xíc de néctar de coco ou melado
1 cc canela em pó
1 pitada de sal
Opcional: 1/3 xíc frutas secas
Modo de fazer:
Misture as sementes e grãos em uma tigela.
Em outra tigela, misture o óleo, néctar e canela. Despeje essa mistura no bowl com os grão e sementes. Misture bem e adicione a pitada de sal.
Coloque em uma assadeira antiaderente (ou unte com um pouco de oleo) e espalhe bem. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido à 180 graus por 10 minutos. Abra o forno e misture a granola. Deixe mais 5 minutos. Abra novamente e adicione as frutas secas. Deixe mais 3 minutos no forno. 
Tire do forno e deixe esfriar completamente (vai endurecer). Depois, retire da forma e guarde em pote de vidro bem vedado.

  • Just prepared my breakfast for tomorrow☕️ Selfmade 𝑋𝑋𝐿 𝑁𝑢𝑡 𝐺𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑜𝑙𝑎😍

My recipe for 3 servings:
Ingredients:
• 80gr oats
• 70gr chopped hazelnuts
• 70gr chopped almonds
• 2tbsp grated coconut
• 6tbsp melted coconut oil
• 5tbsp maple syrup (or liquid honey)
• 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
👉🏻 mix all the ingredients with a tablespoon
👉🏻 spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper &
👉🏻 bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees with „top&bottom“ heat for about 12 minutes, until lightly toasted
Then, if you want, add some chocolate chips or dry fruits🍓
