  • Esta cuarentena nos ha regalado muchas horas libres para tomar hábitos nuevos ✨✨✨ Todos los cambios van despacio, pero hay que tener constancia y como ya sabéis no soy una chica de constitución delgada o atlética. No tengo un metabolismo rápido, ni una genética aventajada. Y me encanta comer 🤷 ademas tengo un trabajo sedentario frente a un ordenador, pero el día tiene 24horas y siempre hay que ver el lado bueno de las cosas y hacer hueco para hacer algo de deporte y dar un giro a tu vida.

These past 5 months I’d have to admit I haven’t ate the cleanest, haven’t got after it in the gym / home like I know I should’ve been, had some minor distractions I put to much energy into but I had told myself last week B R O. You’re human, you’ll fall off at times but don’t dwell on it get back on track, it’s not a big deal you’re just making it one. ⠀

Told myself the month of June is going to be the bounce back! Extreme focus, no messing around on the diet, no more “ rewarding myself with a cheat meal “ no more beating myself up because I got a little bit of pudge on my lower stomach 😂 ⠀

It’s time to get back on track! So for those out there in the same space I’m in lol I feel you fam but June is our month! Let’s grind! ⚡️
