1. Heavy weights produce greater strength gains. If we’re stronger in the 3-5 range then we’ll also become stronger in the 8-15 range, allowing us to overload the muscle in order to produce growth. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Contrary to popular belief, heavy weights do produce a great deal of muscle growth on their own. It's so important not to spread yourself thin, and know your limits. When was the last time you thought about your goals for the next months, years, etc?🤷‍♀️
For me, I think about them a lot honestly.  I want to achieve success in my life, but I believe success has different meanings for different people.❤
Your main priority should be what's most important to you. For me, creating is my priority whether that be painting, photography, videography, or cooking.  I need to create to be happy.🥰

I get asked this question a lot, is it better to workout with someone or by yourself... I personally think it’s all about preference! The most important thing is that you get your workout in! So whatever motivates you to be consistent.

PRO’S
✅ Someone to keep you accountable — you’re less likely to not show if you have someone waiting for you
✅ Someone there to spot you
✅ Someone there to push you and help motivate you
✅ More likely to try different exercises

CON’S
❌ Distraction — you guys might chit chat and not get to working out
❌ Different levels of fitness
❌ Possibility of being stuck on the same training plan

Do you like training with someone else or/and alone and/or mixed?!

Being someone with a little waist and thicker legs, I’m definitely careful to choose clothes that don’t take away my shape or hide my waist too much.
That can be hard in winter and I really feel the cold ☃️ so these cropped hoodies are perfect for keeping me warm and still looking cute 😍

I started to get used to the gym being shut but I feel myself gradually missing it more and more now, running is keeping me going but I do find it hard to motivate myself to do indoor workouts atm, i think it’s because home is where you associate your free time and time to relax and all of a sudden it’s got to be your workout space and your work space AND the place you relax, sleep, eat etc, please don’t be hard on yourself if you are struggling for motivation inside because that is DIFFICULT!! Even if you do it a couple times a week, you don’t realise how well you’re doing! ⁣

I recommend to get outside, it at least takes you into a different space and especially when it’s sunny it can make me in a better mood too🤪☺️
