Peach Crisp-
i n g r e d i e n t s-
C R I S P:
1 cup oats
1 1/4 cup gf all purpose flour
1/2 cup date sugar {or coconut/regular}
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter/coconut oil
F I L L I N G:
2 peaches {diced}
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup almond milk
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F & line an 8x8 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the crisp ingredients and in a separate bowl, stir together the filling ingredients.
3. Press down 1 1/2 cups of the crisp mixture into the bottom of the baking dish, top with all of the filling mixture, then add the remaining crisp mixture on top.
4. Bake for 40 minutes and serve with ice cream, yogurt, or vanilla icing & cinnamon!

Buffalo Mac & Cheese Bites:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 box @eatbanza chickpea pasta
1/4 cup @goodfoods vegan buffalo dip
1 cup shredded cheese {I used @followyourheart vegan mozzarella cheese}
Splash of almond milk

d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a mini muffin tin.
2. Cook the pasta on the stove for 7 minutes, drain the water, and pour pasta back into the pot.
3. Add the cheese, buffalo dip, and almond milk to the pasta & stir until cheese melts.
4. Spoon small amounts of pasta into the mini muffin tins {makes 20-25} & bake for 20 minutes!

Cake Batter Bars:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour {or regular}
1/2 cup coconut sugar {or regular sugar}
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup oil {I used olive oil}
1 egg
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Sprinkles
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, oil, and egg.
4. Pour the wet into the dry & stir until well combined.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips, pour the batter into the 8x8 dish, top with sprinkles, & bake for 23 minutes! {Let cool before cutting slices; I topped mine with yogurt + more sprinkles!}

  • You guys! @hannahharvestinghealth is hosting a little baking competition which sounded like so much fun, so of course, I had to jump on board and participate! ⁣
I had some ripe bananas that really needed to get used so I decided to give her cinnamon banana donut recipe a try. Oh. My. Goodness. They were incredible! I mean, I baked a batch yesterday and they are already finished. That’s how you know they are good 🤩 ⁣

I decided to be a little extra and make a maple almond glaze to go on top and wow wow wow! Will definitely be making them again!! 💛⁣

Maple Almond Glaze Recipe 👇🏻⁣

• 2 tbsp almond butter⁣

Lemon Raspberry Freezer Muffins:

1 egg
zest from 1 lemon
1/4 cup almond milk {or any kind of milk}
3 tbsp. lemon juice

@so_delicious cocowhip
mashed raspberries

d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a mini muffin tin.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, lemon zest, almond milk, and lemon juice.
4. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined.

6. When completely cooled, cut in half & stir together the cocowhip with mashed raspberries. Put a small amount onto the bottom half of the muffins, then put the muffin top on.

I’ve made this blueberry s’mores mug cake for dessert the past couple of nights and am definitely making it again tonight ✨ sooo so easy to make! || #HannahHarvestingHealth

Blueberry S’mores Mug Cake:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 egg
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. mashed blueberries {I used frozen wild blueberries & thawed before mashing; also make sure to mash then measure.}
3 tbsp. gluten free all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
1 tbsp. chocolate chips
Marshmallows
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. In a microwavable mug, whisk together the egg, olive oil, and mashed blueberries.
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients {except the marshmallows} & microwave for 45 seconds.

i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 cup gluten free all purpose flour {or regular}
1/2 cup coconut sugar {or regular sugar}
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup oil {I used olive oil}
1 egg
1/3 cup cranberries

d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F & spray/line an 8x8 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, orange juice, oil, and egg.
4. Pour the wet into the dry & stir until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the 8x8 & bake for 23 minutes! {Let cool before cutting slices}
6. I topped mine with yogurt + orange pulp!

4. Pour batter into muffin tin {I made 14} and bake for 10 minutes! {I like to store mine in the fridge once they’ve cooled}

    Mini Blueberry Muffins:
    i n g r e d i e n t s-
    1 egg
    1/4 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries {slightly warmed-I microwaved mine for 40 seconds, then mashed them}
    1/2 cup sugar {I used coconut sugar}
    3/4 cup cassava flour {or all purpose flour}
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    d i r e c t i o n s-
    1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a mini muffin tin.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk, then stir in the mashed blueberries.
    3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined.
    4. Pour batter into muffin tin {I made 14} and bake for 10 minutes! {I like to store mine in the fridge once they’ve cooled}

d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a cookie sheet.

d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Whisk together the eggs and @sunbutter then stir in the dry ingredients + chocolate chips.
3. Spray or line a mini muffin tin (each one is probably a little different in size and will require a different baking time, so just be sure to watch them closely— I used a @wiltonbrands muffin tin}
4. Pour in the batter 3/4 full {makes 13-14 mini muffins} and bake for 8 minutes!

1/3 cup sugar {I used coconut sugar}
2 small ripe bananas {1/2 cup mashed}
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients & stir in the dry ingredients.
3. Pour the batter into the donut pan {makes 6 donuts} & bake for 8 minutes! {I topped mine with blueberry yogurt & coconut.}

4. Spread half of an avocado on half of the bun and top with the coleslaw mix + jackfruit BBQ.

CINNAMON SWEET POTATO MUFFINS:
i n g r e d i e n t s-
1 cup sweet potato {I had already cut a sweet potato into small pieces, so I steamed that in the microwave, pulsed in the food processor, then measured out 1 cup; OR you can use mashed sweet potato}
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup almond butter
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup vanilla protein {OR flour}

d i r e c t i o n s-
1. preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a mini muffin tin.
2. put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until everything is well combined.

1/2 cup yogurt

1/2 cup cassava flour {or all-purpose flour}
1 cup almond flour {or cashew flour}
1 tsp. baking soda
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
d i r e c t i o n s-
1. preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan.
2. in a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.
3. pour batter into loaf pan & bake for 30-35 minutes. {let it cool for at least 15-20 minutes before cutting slices}

  • I made some homemade chicken tenders using @therealcoconut original tortilla chips & they turned out SO good + crispy! I just blended the chips in my @vitamix to get a fine crumb, but you could also use a food processor 🙌🏼 paired with @sirkensingtons ketchup aka my fav sauce ever. 3. pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is well combined.
4. roll the dough into 13 balls and place on the baking sheet.
5. press a hole in the centers, add jam, and bake for 10 minutes. enjoy!
