I think I grew up having a single serving packet of Quaker Maple Brown Sugar oatmeal every single day for a decade. Man I love that stuff. Here’s my healthy, fiber packed version below!⁣

🥣YOU’LL NEED:⁣
+1 cup frozen cauliflower rice⁣
+½ cup unsweetened almond milk⁣
+½ tsp. cinnamon⁣
+¼ tsp Stevia or monkfruit sweetener⁣
+½ tbsp. peanut butter (I used PB2)⁣
+2 tbsp chia seeds⁣
+strawberry, sliced to top⁣
⁣
🥣HOW TO:⁣
1. Place cauliflower rice in a pot with your milk, cinnamon, and sweetener. Bring to a boil while stirring.⁣

2. Then add in chia seeds while stirring. ⁣

3. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and continue stirring until the oatmeal reaches your desired thickness, about 8-10 minutes.⁣

Recette pour 12 pancakes moyens

Dans un grand saladier, mélanger 30g de farine de soja, 30g de farine de souchet et 40g de farine de sarrasin. Ajouter 50g d'amandes en poudre (complètes  ici) et une pincée de sel ainsi que des épices si vous le souhaitez. Faire un puits et ajouter 2 jaunes d'œufs et 160ml de lait végétal. (facultatif : on peut ajouter un peu de vanille ou d'arôme d'amandes amères) Monter les 2 blancs en neige ferme et les ajouter délicatement à la préparation. Cuire quelques minutes de chaque côté. 🥞

  • This morning I felt like I had to make something impressive and beautiful, and I was honestly kinda stressed out, so I decided to just throw something together with whatever I felt like eating this morning. And that’s how these Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oats with Granola on Top we’re born. A long name for a literal miracle of an oatmeal bowl. -
dEATs:: Cook 1/2 cup oats in 1 cup water, add a dash of salt and tonsss of cinnamon. When it’s almost done, stir in 1/2 a mashed banana and a few chopped strawberries.

  • Лёгкий способ похудеть без вреда для здоровья 😍

Я думаю многие из вас слышали про интервальное голодание, используют уже его или хотели бы, а может вы вообще против диет и других «истязаний организма»

Интервальное голодание - это организация питания, при которой я отказываюсь от пищи на непродолжительное время.
⠀
Существует множество различных вариантов ИГ 16/8, 14/10 и тд. Для меня идеально подходит метод 16/8.
⠀
Я засыпаю в 01:00-02:00 и просыпаюсь в 11:00, потом делаю утренний комплекс,  и так проходит время до моего первого приёма пищи.
⠀
Первый приём пищи у меня в 12:00-13:00, а последний в районе 21:00, конечно я бывает ем чуть раньше, позже, но давайте будем подходить к этому методу с лёгкостью, а не бросать кусочек сыра при 21:00 😅

Важно❗️

Я соблюдаю дневную калорийность, бжу, тренируюсь, просто кушаю по конкретному времени. Вам тоже нужно соблюдать свою калорийность и бжу, чтобы худеть легко, поддерживать здоровым общее состояние тела, костей, мышц.

Я никогда не сидела на диетах, я настолько люблю готовить и кушать, что это всегда было не моим вариантом😅А вот с ИГ я могу вкусно питаться при этом терять лишние кг. Мне диетой то сложно это назвать.
⠀
Насчёт воды, пить нужно всегда, поэтому если вы на  ИГ или нет,  не забывайте пить воду столько сколько нужно вашего организму.
⠀
❗️Если вы беременны, веган, вегетарианец, то вам лучше проконсультироваться с доктором. Я ем абсолютно всё и слушаю свой организм, состояние.
⠀
Выбирайте для себя самый удобный вариант ИГ, больше пейте воды, соблюдайтесь ккал и бжу, занимайтесь спортом, слушайте свой организм и состояние.

А ещё я советую лучше ознакомиться с этой техникой в интернете, почитать литературу, чтобы не навредить своему организму, ознакомиться с плюсами и минусами этого, и только тогда начинать ☺️

*As measuring cups can vary slightly, it’s best to weigh your flour, if possible.

**Use 15 drops of liquid stevia or 1 tsp stevia powder to keep these pancakes sugar-free. Otherwise, use 1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup to sweeten.

PREHEAT the pan over medium heat.

MIX the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix until you have a thick but scoopable batter. (If you prefer a thinner batter, add 1-2 more Tbsp of water.)

GREASE your frying pan with a little bit of coconut oil. Scoop the batter into the pan, making 3-4 pancakes. Cook for a few minutes until they start to look dry around the edges, then flip and cook for another minute. 👉 Take care not to over cook, as these pancakes will dry out.

  • Either I was feeling creative or growing desperate for a taste test (or both 😄) so I thought I’d draw inspiration from Good Mythical Mornings for this snack edition because let’s face it, we’re still snacking here in my abode, and we have some random staples hanging around 🤗 .
Today’s victims: me jkjk, it’s DATES and HUMMUS
.
Inspiration from my usual dates and nut butter combo .
.
Taste: surprisingly good 🤯 the creamy slightly bitter and light tang from the hummus actually pairs pretty nicely with the sweet, sticky juiciness from the dates. Overall the profile becomes much more muted (imagine a Brie with dried figs)

Will it snack? I’d say yes, good for it.. and lmk 😃

Ok so I had a hard workout in the sun and decided to treat myself to a post workout pancake stack 😂👌.

I tried to make it as healthy as possible though with using the yummy @skinnyfoodco syrups and spreads and @mallowandmarsh salted caramel whip. And as per usual I used my @appliednutrition.uk Pea Protein Powder into the pancake mix.

  • Roasted Chickpeas and Avocado Toast by @twospoons.ca 💚 Who here would love to try some toast? ​⠀
Ingredients⠀
​1 can (400 ml) chickpeas⠀
1/2 tsp paprika⠀
2 tsp olive oil, plus more to drizzle⠀
pinch sea salt⠀
1 avocado⠀
2 slices sourdough bread, 1-inch thick⠀
sea salt and pepper⠀

.⠀
1. Preheat oven to 400F/200C. Strain chickpeas and pat dry. Toss into a mixing bowl with paprika, olive oil and a generous pinch of sea salt. Mix to combine. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour chickpeas onto tray. Bake in oven for 5 minutes, or until lightly brown and sizzling.⠀
2. Toast two slices sourdough bread. Scoop avocado onto bread and gently press down with a fork to mash and spread even. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Top toast with roasted chickpeas. Optional to sprinkle with more sea salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.⠀

  • Vegan brioche by @nm_meiyee 😋 What would you enjoy with this?⠀

Ingredients⠀
2 cups all purpose flour⠀
1 cup bread flour⠀
1/4 cup vegan sugar⠀
2 1/2 tsp active yeast⠀
100g vegan butter⠀
1/4 cup condensed coconut milk⠀
1 cup warm soy milk⠀
1/4 tsp salt *additional 1/4-1/3 cup all purpose flour for kneading⠀

*2 tbsp condensed coconut milk *2 tbsp melted vegan butter .⠀
.⠀
Add warm milk and yeast in a measuring cup, let sit for 10 mins until bubbles to form in the cup. In a stand mixer, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt in a bowl. Stir in yeast milk followed by condensed milk. Mix on low speed with the dough hook until a rough ball begins to form. Add butter, a few pieces at a time. Scrape down the bowl and dough hook, and remove the dough hook. Continue to knead on low speed for another 5 mins. On a floured surface, knead dough about 4-5 mins by hands.⠀
Place dough into a bowl. Cover with kitchen towel. Let it proof until it’s doubled in size (about 1 hour)⠀

Grease a loaf pan, set aside. Turn the dough onto a clean work surface. Form the dough into a ball. Divide the dough into 11 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a tight. Gently place the dough in the prepared pan, body down. Repeat with the remaining dough. Let the dough rise until doubled in size and filling the molds, about 1 hour. .⠀

Preheat oven to 180C/360F. Combine melted butter and condensed milk. Brush the top of the brioche with melted butter and condensed milk mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 mins or until golden brown. Allow brioche to cool in the pan for 10 mins. Remove from pan and serve warm.⠀

Japanese Sushi Rice Recipe:⠀
3 cups uncooked Japanese rice⠀
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar (this type of vinegar is essential)⠀
3 tbsp white sugar⠀
1 1/2 tsp sea salt⠀
⠀
Preparing the rice⠀
1. Wash the Japanese rice 2-3 times with water.⠀
2. Cook in a rice cooker. 1 cup rice = 1 cup water⠀
3. While the rice is cooking, pour rice vinegar, sugar and salt into a large wooden or ceramic bowl. Mix well.⠀
4. Once rice is cooked, add into the vinegar mixture and mix well. The hot rice will easily absorb the mixture.⠀
5. Cover the rice with a damp towel. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cover with a towel or cling wrap then refrigerate. Wrap Japanese sushi rice in nori sheets, fil with the “Katsu” which are breaded hot and spicy vegan fillets, carrot ribbons, and some lettuce. Finish off with lots of sesame seeds and homemade teriyaki sauce!⠀

    5. Cover the rice with a damp towel. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cover with a towel or cling wrap then refrigerate. Wrap Japanese sushi rice in nori sheets, fil with the “Katsu” which are breaded hot and spicy vegan fillets, carrot ribbons, and some lettuce. Finish off with lots of sesame seeds and homemade teriyaki sauce!⠀
