Ingrediente 8 galletas:
•1 taza de avena molida •1/2 taza de harina de avena
•1/3 de estevia
•1/2 taza de azúcar de coco
•2 cucharadas de mantequilla ghee
•1/2 cucharada de vainilla •1/2 taza de chocochips 60% cacao •1/2 taza de chocolate en trozos 70% cacao
•1/2 taza de frutos secos triturados
•1/4 de cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio •1/4 de cucharadita de sal rosada 
1/2 cucharada de maizena
•1 huevo

Preparación:
Precalienta el horno a 180 grados c. Mezcla la mantequilla fría con el azúcar de coco y Stevia con la batidora, cuando ya esté bien mezclado, se le baja la velocidad a la batidora y agrega el huevo y la vainilla. En otro recipiente mezcla los ingredientes secos, las harinas, la sal, el bicarbonato y la maizena. Esta mezcla seca agrégala a la mezcla húmeda, continúa batiendo y por último agrega los dos tipos de chocolate y los frutos secos. Luego forma con las manos las galletas y colócalas en un molde con papel encerado para llevarlas al horno durante aproximadamente 15 min. Al sacarlas del horno salen un poco blandas, espera a que se enfríen un poco para comerlas 🤤🤤🤤

  • GLUTEN FREE CHOC CHIP COOKIES 🍪 These remind me of some classic home baked cookies, just made gluten free! .

I swapped out refined sugar for coconut sugar and added a little Greek yogurt for extra creaminess. I haven’t tested with any other flour, so google ratios/recommendations for any substitutions you want! .

I like mine barely baked, but you can always skip the refrigeration and leave them in longer for a more fluffy cookie. These are 20x better second day, especially if you leave the middles gooey.

Gluten free chocolate chip cookies 
1 stick melted butter 
1 cup coconut sugar 
2 egg yolks 
1/4 cup Greek yogurt 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1 1/4 cup @bobsredmill 1:1 gluten free flour 
1 tsp baking soda 
Pinch of salt 
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips .

Directions 
Mix together butter and coconut sugar. Add in Greek yogurt, egg yolks, and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients and stir to combined. Fold in chocolate chips. 
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, turn oven to 350 and line a light baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop onto baking sheet. 
Bake for 8-12 minutes until edges are crispy but center is still gooey. Let cool for 1 hour for optimal chewiness and let the ingredients hold together. Enjoy!!

1 tatlı kaşığı tuz

1 tatlı kaşığı çörek otu

1 tatlı kaşığı kekik

1 tatlı kaşığı kırmızı biber

İki su bardağı mercimeği 15 -20 dk. Ilık suda bekletiyoruz. (Akşamdan da ıslatabilirsiniz. )

Yarım  çay bardağı sıvı yağ, çörek otu, kekik, tuz ve kırmızı biberle birlikte mutfak robotundan geçirip yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsiye incecik yayıyoruz.

200 derecelik fırında iyice kuruyana kadar pişiriyoruz.

Ben fırına vermeden önce bıçakla iz yapmıştım. Bölmem çok kolay oldu.

Yanına bir kase yoğurt koyup nanae kekik ve kırmızı biber ekerek sos yaptım. Şimdiden hepinize afiyet olsun.

🤍1 date
🤍1 tsp flax seeds
🤍1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend all in a food processor, press into a sandwich cutter and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For the pineapple layer: 🍍
⠀
🤍3/4 cup crushed pineapple (canned or fresh, put through food processor)
🤍2 tbsp water
🤍1/2 tsp agar agar
Boil the ingredients in a small pot on med high for 5 min. Let cool. Transfer on top of crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

🤍1/2 cup vegan white chocolate morsels

  • Petit brunch printanier ce matin...🌿C’est enfin l’occasion de profiter au maximum de la saison des bonnes asperges du Québec! Ingredients (for 4 servings)
VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT
4 cups greek yogurt(1 kg)
½ cup honey(170 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
GRANOLA
3 cups old fashion oat(300 g)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
¼ cup sunflower seed(35 g)
¼ cup almond(30 g), slivers
½ cup dried unsweetened cranberry(60 g)
3 tablespoons honey
banana, halved

Preparation
In a bowl, whisk yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Transfer to a glass baking dish, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, mix oats and coconut oil together until all oats are coated with oil.
Add the sunflower seeds, almond slivers, dried cranberries, and 3 tablespoons of honey to the bowl, and mix to combine.
Pour the oat mixture onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread and pat down till the pan is fully covered from end-to-end.
Bake for 20-30 minutes and mix the oats halfway through to allow them to cook evenly.
Add the halved banana to a plate and top with vanilla frozen yogurt, granola, and fruit of your choice.

Ingredientes:
1 zanahoria grande
1 manzana
1 cebolla
1 diente de ajo
1 rodaja de jengibre fresco
1/2 cdta de sal
1/2 cdta de cúrcuma + pimienta
1/2 cdta de canela

Procedimiento:
Pelamos y cortamos la zanahoria, a la manzana la dejamos con cáscara y también la cortamos. Las cocinamos a vapor.
Picamos la cebolla, el ajo y el jengibre y los salteamos en una sartén con un poco de agua.
Cuando esté todo listo, lo pasamos a una procesadora (también puede ser licuadora), agregamos los condimentos y la sal y procesamos. Si necesitamos o queremos que sea más líquida, le agregamos un poco del agua de la cocción a vapor para aprovechar los minerales.
Servir y disfrutar!

Full Recipe Below. - Ingredients🌿
•⅓ cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil

½ cup honey or maple syrup

2 eggs

1 cup mashed bananas

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon, plus more to swirl on top

1 ¾ cups regular whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ cup hot water -Steps to Follow.👩‍🍳 Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius) and grease your loaf pan.

In a large bowl, beat oil and honey together. Add eggs and beat well.

Stir in bananas and vanilla, then stir in the salt and cinnamon. Lastly, stir in the flour, just until combined.

Add baking soda to hot water, stir to mix, and then mix briefly into batter until it is evenly distributed. Spread batter into the greased loaf pan. •Bake for 55 to 65 minutes. Be sure to check that the bread is done baking by inserting a toothpick in the top. It should come out clean. Let the Bread cool and then it is ready to be served.

  • Marbled Chocolate Pb Banana Muffins 🍌🍫 Made my 5 ingredient banana muffins but added a chocolate twist to half the batter! Super easy to do and is the perfect mixture of PB & chocolate. These are vegan, gf, and easily paleo if you swap the Pb for a different nut butter. Happy Saturday! ☀️ -

Then grease a mini muffin tin. Add a small spoonful of each batter to each tin. You can swirl it with a toothpick for more of a swirl look. 
Makes 24 mini muffins. 
Bake at 350F for 25-26 minutes
