  • Monday motivation. I’m starting to get over home workouts and am itching to get back to the gym and lift weights. I’ve never been on for body weight workouts or HIIT workouts. It’s been fun exploring a different type of training but I’m ready now to go back to the gym. 
3 rounds 20 seconds rest in between rounds- ✔️Plank for as long as possible ✔️20 shoulder taps
✔️15 butterfly sit ups
✔️10 push ups
✔️5 walk outside

Para alcanzar un objetivo físico debes entender que no existe fórmula mágica, pastilla bendita, o tus 3 padres nuestros y 5 ave María, sólo existe trabajo constante, comprometido e inteligente! Uno de los problemas comunes en la falta de ganancia de masa muscular es la poca programación‼️

Seguro que has escuchado que la fórmula mágica tan famosa es un 75% comida y un 25% entrenamiento. Pues esto es un trabajo conjunto que no pasa por la falta de uno u otro, pasa por la ejecución completa del mismo! Créeme que si no aplicas el 25% del entrenamiento, el otro 75% de la comida va a traer resultados igualmente!👌🏽pero en conjunto son increíbles👐🏽

  • A little reminder for accountability- .
Are you holding yourself accountable for your plans??? Even though our society has plenty of room for laziness and complacency, you need to find a way to hold yourself accountable and get things done! .
The best way to do this is through setting goals! I set “intentions” everyday as well as 1 and 5 year goals but you can do weekly goals, monthly goals, whatever works best for you! .
Another tip is to work hard for YOU! Don’t wait for someone else to hold you accountable or wait for validation for your hard work from another person, because it won’t happen. You are the only one who can take control of your life so encouragement should come from the inside!

  • 昨夜のラントレ。
ラン後にHIITトレもやったので、ランは無理せずにゆっくりと。

今朝、下肢は筋肉痛だけど今までより楽。という事は追い込めてない。HIIT、1人で追い込むのは難しい。やり終えた後は確かに下肢ガクガクだったんだけどな。
ま、続けていきましょう。
HIITは72時間あけて続けます。もう年齢考えてしっかり回復時間とって有意義なトレーニングにしないと。5年前までなら一日置きにやってそうだけど笑

今日の夜は昨日と同じペースでラントレ、上半身の筋トレの予定。
職場の出勤制限も来週から徐々にとかれていきます。普通に仕事行ってる時のほうがトレーニングするリズム作りやすいので、コロナの再波リスクを考えつつ少しでも早く日常が戻る事を願ってます。
で、トライアスロンのレース開催されるやつないかな…。 #トライアスロン

I encourage you this week to challenge yourself and move your body every single day. Remember, science shows us that our brain releases endorphins that relaxes when we exercise.

  • today’s sweaty workout 💥🥵 it was 85 and sunny here today and it was AMAZING. i had originally written out this workout with 4 rounds so it was 20 minutes but i got tired after 3 and decided to stop. friendly reminder to workout as long and as hard as YOU want! everyone’s bodies are different and one size doesn’t fit all for workouts, so adjust as you need! and have no shame in shortening a workout or making it easier, as long as it’s what feels right for you 👏🏻💪🏻•

this workout consisted of a 3 mile run, and then a circuit! the circuit included:
1️⃣squats

Literally never realised how much the gym really impacted my day to day life, not just time wise ⏰ but life style choices 🥑🍓 body image 🤷🏼‍♀️ and mental health too 🤔 when all these things change it’s been hard to adjust tbh. .
I see things are re-opening for some people around the world 🌍 and to those people - you are lucky! 🌟 can’t wait for our turn 🙈

  • I feel myself holding back on this platform sometimes. Even for the simplest, smallest things⁣

Because anything I (or someone else) says or does is going to stir SOMETHING in someone⁣

Even something as simple as food. If I post a meal on my story— someone will say “are you sure you’re eating enough” 🥦🤨 and others will say “that’s too many carbs” or “you’re indulging too much” 🍪⁣

When you put your life on display on social media there is a lot to gain: new connections with people, learning how other people may relate to your daily struggles, sharing your tips with others and them returning the advice to you⁣
⁣
But the other side is the criticism that no one asks for. You post something and all the sudden people think they’re experts on your life and that they know what’s best for you. This is beyond sharing a helpful tip or advice. They tell you what you’re doing is wrong, that you’re wearing the wrong size of something, that you should be doing THIS, not THAT. They find the smallest bit of negativity in your positive message, or they twist what you say to make it seem like you’ve said something wrong when you haven’t 🙅🏼‍♀️⁣

Your opinion doesn’t have to please everyone. In fact it never will🤷🏼‍♀️ We have to realize that sharing is okay, and learn to ignore the individuals who feel they have to find the negatives in everything you say or do.
