  • I think in my personal opinion coming out of this pandemic is definitely going to be taking things for granted. Here’s a couple of examples that I’m sure most of you didn’t take for granted!!!

1️⃣Spending as much time with family and friends!

2️⃣The gym! We all never thought that day will come we’re all gyms were required to close!

3️⃣Businesses! One thing that I took out of that is that I’m going to start a savings account because you never know what comes next!

I’m not even a huge country music fan, but that song has made a debut in my head for the past 2 days now! I love it!

Real talk now, trying to start a business has high points and low points.  I mean the initial investment can bring in some serious lows, especially when it meets all of the unknowns in your head! But right now I am at a high point! Looking through the rest of my merch coming in, securing models, preparing my photography equipment, having positive chats with happy customers. It feels good. It feels like progress. I am no where close to being able to say I have a successful business. But maybe one day. For now, I am going to keep chugging along, and focus on school coming up next week!

Раньше я думала совсем по-другому:
«Даша, ну вот и чо ты на шпагат сесть не можешь? Больно?Терпи! Рыдай, но сядь на поперечный!»
❌Но так нельзя.❌
Придерживайся этих правил:
✅Не терпи боль, растягивайся ДО болевой точки, не тяни мышцу, если испытываешь сильный дискомфорт
✅Не позволяй психологическим барьерам захватить твой мозг, научись расслаблять тело и не думай о боли
✅Растягивайся ТОЛЬКО до тех пор, пока ощущаешь в мышцах напряжение и учись различать допустимую боль от резкой, так ты получишь удовольствие и пользу от тренировки
✅Расслабься и не думай о боли.

    Пресекай резкую боль, болевые ощущения должны медленно нарастать.

  • Nada mais justo doque usar a foto com a minha terrorista preferida pra me apresentar e que me deu um sustão ontem.
Então gente, a pouco temos eramos 1000 pessoas e hoje estamos chegando quase a 2000 por aqui, acredito que 65% das pessoas não sabe da onde vim, do que me alimento e onde habito.
Meu nome é Laura, tenho 23 anos e moro em Porto Alegre ( Rio Grande do sul), sagitariana ( personalidade MUIITO forte), sou formada em TI e atualmente estou no fim da faculdade de Gestão de Técnologia da Informação, trabalho numa empresa chamada Dell ( aquela que faz PC que nem a minha mãe diz), sou mãe de 4 felinas ( uma já faleceu), e sou literalmente apaixonada por gatos ( acredito que isso seja bem reciproco quem me conhece sabe), ja resgatei muitos  e vou continuar resgatando 🐱, e também por cachorros ( tenho um de 17 anos).
Me considero corredora amadora de curtas e médias distancias e meu sonho em relação a corrida é correr uma meia maratona ( atualmente), como todo mundo ve aqui, eu sou apaixonada por cozinhar, coisas fit e fat, principalmente docinhos ahaha. Eu tenho um amor muito grande pela cultura asiatica, é uma coisa que me acompanha desde criança, cresci e continuo envelhecendo assistindo animes, Korean Dramas e o meu estilo de musica favorito é Kpop. ( quem sabe nao sai uma receita de Mochi por aqui).
A minha meta de vida é salvar todos os gatos possiveis no mundo e também morar no Japão, sendo mais precisa em Yokohama ( é sério), mas antes disso eu gostaria de morar em SP por um tempo. 
O Objetivo nunca foi me tornar "blogueirinha" como todo mundo gosta de dizer, mas sim expor exemplos reais de como é a minha vida, as dificuldades e superações, principalmente em relação a corrida, perda de peso, alimentação mais saudavel ( a minha não é 100%), pra quem não sabe já fui obesa. Fico muito feliz pelo retorno que to tendo, espero que A gente cresça muito juntos ainda.
