  • I admit it... I have a salad addiction!! I have loved salads even as a little girl! Today’s lunch was a Mediterranean style salad with: lettuce, onion, tomato, green pepper, chicken, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and @olivegarden Italian dressing! This was so filling and of course Delicous!!

4. Cucumber 
5. Red onion
6. Mints

Vor allem für Nutella Fans, wie mich, sind diese Nougat-Schoko-Waffeln ein Traum! 😍 zumindest für mich sind sie wieder einer meiner Lieblingsketorezepte. Grund: wenige Zutaten, geht schnell und schmeckt so schokoladig und nougatisch (sagt man das so?😅) Perfekt für ein süßes Frühstück oder aber so wie ich es mache: mit einer Kugel Protein-Eis obendrauf perfekt für den Abend Nachtisch 😍👌🏼Probiert es gern aus und dankt mir später! 😋🍫🧇 Mit meinem Mini Waffeleisen bekomme ich aus diesem Teig 6 Waffeln á 56 Kalorien & 1,1g Kohlenhydrate pro Stück. ⁣⁣ 🍴 Zubereitung:⁣⁣⁣
• Alle angegeben Zutaten in eine Schüssel geben und mit einem elektrischen Handmixer erst auf niedriger dann auf höchster Stufe mixen (ihr könnt natürlich auch ein Rührbesen nehmen, ein kleines Armtraining schadet nie 😉)
• In das bereits vorgeheizte Waffeleisen die Teigmasse geben, abwarten und voilà wir sind bereits fertig 👍🏼🥰

◾2 tablespoons of olive oil⠀
◾2 large chicken breasts, butterflied to create 4 pieces (ensure that when you butterfly the pieces they are all the same thickness)⠀
◾Salt⠀
◾Pepper⠀
◾Italian seasoning⠀
◾1 cup of cherry/grape tomatoes, cut into halves⠀
◾1 tablespoon of minced garlic⠀
◾2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze⠀
◾4 tablespoons of water⠀
◾Approximately 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (however more or less will work too, it's all up to you!)⠀

DIRECTIONS⠀
🔹️Butterfly chicken breast, season both sides generously with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.⠀
🔹️In a large/deep pan heat olive oil and reduce to low-medium heat. Add chicken and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side (ensure that chicken is cooked throughout).⠀
🔹️Remove chicken from pan and set aside temporarily. Do not wash pan!⠀
🔹️Add balsamic glaze, garlic and water to the pan and mix for 30 seconds.⠀
🔹️Add tomatoes plus a pinch of salt and pepper and mix for 1 minute.⠀
🔹️Return chicken to pan, top with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Turn off burner and cover pan with lid for 2 minutes to allow cheese to melt. Serve and enjoy!!⠀

  • Incredible #ketopizza with only 7CARBS and 260KCAL in the whole thing!
I tried it out today for the first time and this #pizza is so easy to make and tastes amazing (even tho it lacks the crispness of a real one). All you need to do:

Combine in a bowl
-3 egg whites
-15 grams of coconut flour
-enough salt
-garlic powder, paprika powder, dried oregano and basil
And mix vigorously. Put in a pan with some olive oil and spread in the pan till you get a round shape. Flip it after some minutes like a crêpe and let it get some brown colour.

Put on a baking sheet and use tomato sauce, mozerella cheese and the topings you like! 
Put in oven thats pre heated at 190 degrees celsius for around 15-20 minutes.

  • Day 27-2: Holy Shit you guys, I DID IT! I wasn’t planning on walking a half marathon (13.1 miles) when I left the house this morning. I had planned to only walk 10 (which is just a couple miles more than the farthest I walked this week).But, when I was out there, I just wanted to keep going and keep taking in the sights along the beautiful #foxrivertrail .⁣ AND I did it completely fasted (water only). ⁣
⁣⁣
I have walked in half marathons in the past (one time when I was 7 months pregnant, I might add!) but always, always with a lot of training. I didn’t really “train” for this the way I should’ve. Training includes increasing mileage slowly and gradually, rest days, and of course...tapering. I did none of that this time (bad girl). ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
When I started walking regularly in the neighborhood, I kept adding mileage each day just to prove to myself I still had it. I now know I DO still have it and I CAN go as far and as long as I can dream. The trails the limit! ⁣ ⁣
⁣
Oh and to the jerk on the trail who laughed at me and looked away when I said good morning...kiss my big fat ketone fueled ass! You’re not as fit or as cute as you think you are 😂.⁣

En wat was dit lekker zeg!!😋🤤 -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Van wat is deze tacobowl gemaakt? Sla, snacktomaatjes, kaasblokjes, komkommer, gele paprika en guacamole. Wat betreft het gehakt heb ik puur rundergehakt gebruikt en dit gekruid met peper, zeezout, een mespuntje cayennepeper en Amerikaanse Cajunmix. Ik heb het gehakt gebakken met een halve ui en een teentje knoflook.

  • Why everyone is so excited about this Lizza stuff? 🤦🏻‍♀️ i ordered because it seems to be so popular on insta and to be honest... i regret it.. the Toasties are just 4 tiny,  dry slices of bread.  Doesn't even taste nice...the chocolate spread doesn't taste like nutella. It's not bad for someone who likes nugat. Unfortunately I'm not a fan. I won't order again. The prices are too high as well.

2 hot dogs, 3 slices of cheese, 1/2 a cutdacarb wrap that’s then cup in half again so 1 hot dog was wrapped with a 1/4 of a cutdacarb wrap.

Roll the cheese and hot dogs up tightly in the wrap. Place in a hot pan with Kerrygold salted butter and pan fry until all sides are crisped up. I cut each hot dog in half once finished cooking and dipped them in sugar-free ketchup.

    Roll the cheese and hot dogs up tightly in the wrap. Place in a hot pan with Kerrygold salted butter and pan fry until all sides are crisped up. I cut each hot dog in half once finished cooking and dipped them in sugar-free ketchup.

Easy Keto Chocolate Chip Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Butter (softened)
1/4 cup Powdered Swerve
1/4 cup Brown Sugar Swerve
1 Egg
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 cups Almond Flour
2-4 Tbsp. Lily's Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Cream together butter, sweeteners, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add baking powder and almond flour. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips to your desired amount. 
Scoop or roll by hand in 1 inch balls and place on silicone mat, parchment-lined, or greased cookie sheet.  Bake 5 minutes
Remove cookie sheet from oven and press each cookie gently with a fork in a crosshatch pattern.
Continue baking for 18-20 minutes.
Remove and cool completely on wire rack.

1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 drops liquid stevia

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix
3. Put on parchment paper (each cookie should be about 1 tbsp) and then add to the freezer for 15 minutes
4. Add to ziplock baggies and store in refrigerator. You can also keep them in freezer so they’re more crunchy 👌

I added some finely chopped fresh mint. You can also add tarragon for a nice flavor. If you want, you can also squeeze some lemon juice.

Ingredients:
4 slices of Colby jack cheese
16 pepperonis
5 meatballs
2-4 tbsp marinara sauce .

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F and switch setting to broil.
2. Form a square with the slices of cheese on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Then put in until the edges of the cheese begin to turn light brown.
3. Take out the cheese, cover with pepperonis, & put back in the oven for 1 minute. Take out and let cool until the cheese begins to harden
4. While waiting for the cheese, heat up the meatballs and marinara. Then roll them up into the cheese shell & enjoy! .

Protein: 38
Net carbs: 6
Fiber: 1

Notes: if this is too high in calories skip the pepperonis and it will have have 16 less grams of fat and 144 less calories. You could also make your own meatballs and it would have about 3-4 less carbs.

I got these jeans from Express back in April. I asked for size 14 but they only had 12 & 16... then decided that I would get size 12 and one day I’d fit in them. Today is that day... 😭 My cute jeans from Express I lost my head over... from size 18 to size 12... I did it!!!!!
