  • I have been recently diagnosed with O.C.D
Obsessive Cake Disorder 🐣 
From trying out whole wheat chocolate cakes to banana bread to decorating cakes,the past few weeks have been great. Baking is the first thing I learnt when I entered Kitchen. Basically tried to avoid refined flour and substituted it with the alternatives available. Still looking for a good eggless cheesecake recipe to give it a shot. Do let me know if you have one 💙

Alle Zutaten in diesem Porridge unterstützen euren Muskelaufbau und versorgen euch mit natürlichen Proteinen und gesunden Kohlenhydraten.
Besonders Haferflocken halten lange satt, da sie reich an komplexen Kohlenhydraten sind und somit langsamer vom Körper verdaut werden.
Außerdem enthalten sie Magnesium, das die Regeneration der Muskeln fördert 💪
In Kombination mit Himbeeren ist es eine echte Vitaminbombe, denn die in Himbeeren enthaltenen Flavonoide wirken antioxidativ und blutreinigend im Körper und können so vor Krankheiten schützen.

All ingredients in this porridge support your muscle building and provide you with natural proteins and healthy carbohydrates.
Oatmeal in particular keeps you full for a long time because it is rich in complex carbohydrates and is therefore digested more slowly by the body.
They also contain magnesium, which promotes muscle regeneration 💪
In combination with raspberries it is a real vitamin bomb, because the flavonoids contained in raspberries have an antioxidant and blood cleansing effect on the body and can thus protect against diseases.
I added puffed quinoa, chopped pistachios, cocoa nibs, linseed, chia seeds and flea seed husks to this healthy delicacy😋
Each of us has only one body ... we should take care of it 💚💪 ◼

Recipe:
1 cup-oats
1/2 cup-almonds
1/2 cup-peanuts
1/4 cup-sesame seeds
1/8 cup-flax seeds
3 heaped tbsp-unsweetened cocao powder
1/4 cup- dessicated coconut/coconut flakes
3/4 cup jaggery/maple syrup/coconut sugar (adjust the sweetness according to your taste,I used jaggery in this recipe so measurements are according to that)
3-4 tbsp-melted ghee/coconut oil
Method:
Warm a pan,dry roast oats and other nuts separately and grind them with jaggery and cocao powder in batches,the mixture should be crumbly,if it's difficult to bind in balls,add melted ghee or coconut oil 2 tbsp at a time.
Notes: you can add or ommit any nuts of your choice,I took quick oats,rolled oats can also be used. these balls should be stored in airtight container.

My fav helathy, no sugar snack! It's the perfect way to satisfy that sudden pang of hunger. Its satisfies your sweet tooth and fills you up with healthy calories.

Ingredients:
🍘 500g Dates (soft and seedless)
🍘 1/2 cup Oats (I use @quaker instant oats)
🍘 1/2 cup Almonds
🍘 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
🍘 1/2 cup Walnuts
🍘 1/4 cup Pistachio
🍘 1/4 cup Peanuts
🍘 1/4 cup Coconut
.
Preparation:
1) Dry roast Oats, nuts and coconut, separately, for a few minutes. *You don't need to do anything to the dates.
.
2) Coarsely chop the nuts
.
3) Mix in all the ingredients in a bowl and make balls out of the mixture.
.
4) Roll the balls in coconut, cocoa powder or icing sugar(not healthy), anything you like! Can also dip in melted chocolate, but that's not a healthy option, unless it's dark chocolate..
.
**you may increase or decrease amount of nuts as per liking!
.
Do try this quick and easy recipe and let me know how it turns out. *Calories are approx. 90 to 100 in one energy ball, depending on the size you make. You can have one per day as a snack with a cup of tea, not more than that.
