Come promesso ecco la #ricetta dei miei super pancakes. 
Li considero un'ottima versione per una colazione sana ma golosa!

Ingredienti (per circa 10-12 pancakes)

farina di farro 85g
cacao amaro in polvere 15g 
zucchero 50g
latte di cocco 100ml
lievito per dolci 1 cucchiaino 
1 uovo

Sbattete l'uovo con lo zucchero quindi aggiungete farina, cacao e lievito e mescolate fino a raggiungere una consistenza semi solida. 
Aggiungete poi il latte e continuate a mescolare.
Lasciate riposare il composto per 30 min.
Cuocete su una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto prendendo circa 2-3 cucchiaiate per volta. 
Girate i pancakes sull'altro lato quando si saranno formate le bolle in superficie e proseguite la cottura per un minuto circa.

Servite con frutta fresca e miele a pioggia o come più vi piace.

  • 10 stacks with zero guilt 🍓🤤 PBJ flourless protein pancakes 🥞 
I was figuring out to make a dang perfect pancake without flour and the only solution found was to add Protein powder in it, no oats, no almonds? Yup!! And it was actually pretty good 🥳😋 What you need is very basic but required to have protein powder thooo boo - 1 mashed banana , 2 eggs, 2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/4 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt !!! That’s it!!
- Whisk it well till smooth and no lumps
- Spray oil on a pan, medium heat, pour the batter and turn to medium low heat, it takes about 1min to cook then flip to cook another side for one more minute - I here stacked up and topped with almonds butter, strawberry chia jam, mashed raspberry with coconut yogurt and sprinkled some granola

Yumm x

Very filling breakfast pancake
Serves 1
Ingredients:
30g your favourite protein powder
1 tsp sweetener
20g oat flour ( blended oats)
60ml egg whites or 1 egg
30-50ml almonds unsweetened milk
1tsp baking powder
I added 30 g or sultanas as well but it’s optional, can add any berries, chic chips etc. 
Direction:
1. In large bowl mix protein, flour and baking powder
2. Whisk egg whites or 1 egg with milk and sweetener 
3. Combine wet ingredient with dry ingredients until all combined 
4.heat a non stick pan and pour the batter
5. Allow pancake to cook completely from one side before using spatula to flip over to cook the other side
6. Serve with whatever syrup you like or yogurt

Ubić białka jaja. Wymieszać delikatnie z żółtkami, mąką, słodzikiem, jogurtem i proszkiem. Na suchą patelnię wylewać po dwie łyżki masy i smazyć pod przykryciem z obu stron. 
Polewa:
✔5g masła orzechowego
✔5g tahini
✔2-3 łyżeczki gorącej wody
Masło razem z tahini wymieszać z wodą. Polać placuszki. Dodatkowo można udekorować ulubionymi owocami 🥰

CHOCOLATE OMBRE PANCAKES (this recipe makes about 12 pancakes)
♡ 245 g all purpose flour ♡ 75 g coconut flour
♡ 1/4 tsp salt

In a large bowl mix flours, salt, baking powder and sugar. In another bowl mix milk, vinegar and vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and whisk to incorporate everything. Heat up a nonstick pan and start cooking your pancakes (for about 1 minute or so per side).     CHOCOLATE OMBRE PANCAKES (this recipe makes about 12 pancakes)
    ♡ 245 g all purpose flour ♡ 75 g coconut flour

    In a large bowl mix flours, salt, baking powder and sugar. In another bowl mix milk, vinegar and vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and whisk to incorporate everything. Heat up a nonstick pan and start cooking your pancakes (for about 1 minute or so per side). 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚
Add water, salt and pepper to upma to make a thick batter. With a spoon pour the batter on a non stick pan in mini pancake shapes on medium low flame. Drizzle some oil around the pancakes. It will take 10-15 to cook on both sides. When they start to change color take out and serve with coconut chutney on top and garnish with coriander leaves.

- 1 cup flour (125 g)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond drink (240 ml)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Prepare in a medium bowl.
1. Add the flour, baking powder, protein powder, cinnamon and salt, then stir to combine.
2. Pour the almond drink into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
3. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
4. Pour batter onto a nonstick pan or griddle on medium heat.
5. When the top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
Serve warm with LOADS of peanut butter, berries and/or whatever makes your soul happy.🙏🏼😊

  • Vegan and Gluten-free Oat Waffles!❤️🧇 Here's a sweet and comforting recipe to start the week. They are light, crispy, airy, naturally sweet and nutty in flavour. 1 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
1 cup oats
1 tbsp arrowroot powder (or corn starch)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2.5-3 cups oat milk (or almond milk)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp neutral oil
pinch sea salt

1. In a blender add gluten-free flour, oats, arrowroot powder, coconut sugar and baking powder.
2. Combine 2.5 cups oat milk with apple cider vinegar, mix well. Add to blender with neutral oil and a pinch sea salt. Blend until smooth consistency.
3. Cover and let waffle batter sit for at least 30 minutes to thicken. Then, stir batter to test thickness, if too thick add splashes more milk, blend on low to combine. (I added 1/2 cup more oat milk.)
4. Spray inside of waffle maker with oil, close and turn on waffle maker to medium setting. When pre-heated, gently pour batter into waffle maker until almost full. Close and cook as instructed by waffle machine (about 4-5 minutes total), or until golden brown
5. Remove from heat and top with your favourite jams, fruits and maple syrup.

  • Kocham nasze polskie drożdżowe racuchy , kocham też naleśniki Ale na Pankejki też jest czas 👅😄 na śniadanie, lunch do boxika czy na deser . Dzieciaki uwielbiają oczywiscie z plastrem masła i syropem klonowym 😄💕 fajowego poniedziałeczku dla Was 😙🙋🏻 potrzebne nam są 3 misy: w 1 misie mieszamy suche składniki: 150g przesianej mąki, pół łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia pół łyżeczki sody, pół łyżeczki soli, 2 łyżki cukru.  W 2 misie mieszamy mokre składniki: 1 czubatą szklankę +2 lyzki maślanki, 1 żółtko i 35g roztopionego ostudzonego masła.  W 3 misie ubijamy na sztywno bialko.  Mokre składniki wlewamy do suchych , chwilę mieszamy i dodajemy piane.  Mieszamy sekundę łopatką i gotowe ciasto odstawiamy aby odpoczelo na kwadrans. Po tym czasie na rozgrzanej patelni roztapiamy klarowane masło na średnim ogniu i dodajemy mała chochelke ciasta, zmniejszamy ogień i przykrywamy na chwilke.  Kiedy pojawiają się pęcherzyki zdejmuje pokrywkę podkrecamy ogień i przerzucamy na drugą stronę.  Z porcji wychodzi ok 20 placuszkow.
