Esta merienda/desayuno es una de mis preferidas, no solo por lo nutritiva y rica que es sino también por lo fácil. 
Tomen nota 👇🏼.
Vas a necesitar una procesadora o lo que tengas y vas a colocar 1🥚+1 clara, chorrito de leche, tapita de esencia de vainilla, endulzante a gusto,  1/2🥄 de polvo de hornear 2 cucharadas y media de avena y mucho AMOR. 
Procesas todo y lo llevas a una sartén de teflon ( lo hice en 2 veces para q me salgan 2 PANCAKE) y por encima le pones rodajas finitas de manzana. Lo das vuelta, se termina de cocinar y listo.

  • Sweet potato pancakes 🥞🍠 These were delicious - especially with a fried egg on top - and I love a recipe with minimal ingredients ... but they were hard to flip and some fell apart. Next time, I would try adding a bit of flour (~2 tbsp) and 1 tsp baking powder to help them stick together better.

1 medium sweet potato (baked, cooled)
2 large eggs
Pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Heat a nonstick pan over medium high. Add 1/4c of the batter at a time and cook for about 3min and then flip.

  • Let’s help to say Happy Birthday to this little girl 👧🏻 turn 7 years old. It’s kinda sad crisis of COVID can’t have any fun. But mommy and daddy would like to say thank you so much for all your hard studying on remote learning keep on tracking no matter what it was never give up, such a sweetheart and a good kid, being a big sister playing together. Nothing else more than I can say, 🙏thanks god for sending her to my family. My best wish to you my child 🧒! Ingredients-

•Egg - 1
•Oat Flour- 1 cup
•Honey - 2 tbsp
•Banana - 1
•Desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp (optional)
•Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
•Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
.
Method-
.
•Mash the banana in a bowl, add egg and whisk it well.
.
•Add oats coconut and soda, mix them until well combined.
.
•If the batter is too thick you can add little milk.
.
•Now apply olive oil over a tava, once heated pour 2 tbsp batter and spread it evenly in round shape.
.
•Let that under-side cook to a golden brown colour,  Flip it once when bubbles start forming on top and around the surface.

•Let both side cook well.
.
“Garnish with some honey and banana slice and serve.

  • Today was a good day!

I promised my nephew Henry that if he did all his school work this week Liz and I would treat him to a pancake stack from @thedispensaryncl. Not surprisingly he got all his work done in double quick time!
~
Obviously I couldn’t not get myself some while I was there, so after using the incredibly straightforward DM order system, I was out and collecting our Friday breakfast first thing this morning.
~
He went for Bueno and I had the Nutella (obviously) and we even managed a socially distanced driveway picnic.
~
I decided to join my sister, brother in law, Henry and his little sister Phoebe out on their walk to Seaton Sluice once we’d finished which is the most time out I’ve spent with anyone but the Mrs since 23rd March. I’m so glad I did, partly because I walked off (some of) my pancakes but mainly because it was lush to have some normal chat and laughs and listen to Pheebs chatter away - she’s so close to talking now!

Today was @thedispensaryncl last pancake Friday, I’m excited to see what they have planned to keep me fed next!

Necesitas 4 ingredientes:
- 1 plátano 🍌 - 1 huevo 🥚 - harina de avena o cualquiera que tengas
- leche de almendra/avena/coco
pizca de sal y cucharadita de bicarbonato 
Mezclar todo en la batidora, calentar la sartén (puedes poner un poquito de aceite de coco) y a darle vueltas. 
Puedes poner los toppings que más te gusten🧡. Yo he puesto crema de cacahuete (100% cacahuete 🥜 ) frutos del bosque 😜, fresas 🍓 y plátano 🍌  Y a disfrutar😋😋😋 .

All you need are 4 ingredients: - 1 banana 🍌 - 1 egg 🥚 - oatmeal or whatever you have - almond/oat/coconut milk
 pinch of salt and 1 tbs of baking soda

Mix everything in the blender, heat the pan (spray it with coconut oil) and stir it.

Serve with the toppings you like the most🧡. I used peanut butter (100% peanuts 🥜), berries 🍓 and banana 🍌

  • Desayunos a base de plantas 🌱 [parte 1] 🌊 para toda la semana.

Los desayunos tradicionales 🌞 no suelen ser saludables, y no solo porque no contengan alto grado vitamínico. Las grasas, azúcar, lácteos y químicos están en tu mesa más de lo que desearías.

La disminución de procesados, ese es el primer paso a una ingesta de comidas con power 💚. Y si te faltan opciones aquí te dejo los primeros 4 de 7 opciones fáciles de desayunos.

1. Clásicas tostadas (integrales = fibra).
Opción 1. Base de queso crema vegetal, aguacate, tomate, aceite de oliva extra virgen, (sal-pimienta) semillas (ajonjolí-chia). Opción 2. Mantequilla de maní, mermelada, fruta y granola.

2. Gallo pinto (arroz y frijoles cocidos + cilantro), ensalada con hojas, tomate, cebolla, pimentón, 1 cucharada de queso crema vegetal. Porción de fruta de temporada con semillas de chia.

3. Pancakes de calabaza.
1 cup de harina de avena o almendra + 1/2 tbsp polvo de hornear.
1 cup de puré de calabaza.
1/2 cup leche vegetal.
(Sal, canela, endulzante) al gusto.
1 tbsp extracto de vainilla.
Mezclar todo en el orden escrito, reposar 3 minutos, precalentar sartén engrasado, cocinar a fuego lento por 5 minutos ambos lados.
Topping: granola, mapple, trozos de piña.

4. Arepas de camote.
1 cup de puré de camote + 1/2 cup de harina de maíz precocida. Agregar agua poco a poco hasta lograr una masa moldeable. Pizca de sal. Precalentar una plancha o budare engrasado, hacer una bola y aplastar. Montar y cocinar por 10 o 15 min. aproximadamente de cada lado. Abrir de costado y rellenar. 
Relleno: queso crema vegetal, tomate, lechuga romana, pimentón amarillo, aguacate, semillas, aceite de oliva extra virgen, (sal-paprika)
  • Desayunos a base de plantas 🌱 [parte 1] 🌊 para toda la semana.

    Los desayunos tradicionales 🌞 no suelen ser saludables, y no solo porque no contengan alto grado vitamínico. Las grasas, azúcar, lácteos y químicos están en tu mesa más de lo que desearías.

    La disminución de procesados, ese es el primer paso a una ingesta de comidas con power 💚. Y si te faltan opciones aquí te dejo los primeros 4 de 7 opciones fáciles de desayunos.

    1. Clásicas tostadas (integrales = fibra).
    Opción 1. Base de queso crema vegetal, aguacate, tomate, aceite de oliva extra virgen, (sal-pimienta) semillas (ajonjolí-chia). Opción 2. Mantequilla de maní, mermelada, fruta y granola.

    2. Gallo pinto (arroz y frijoles cocidos + cilantro), ensalada con hojas, tomate, cebolla, pimentón, 1 cucharada de queso crema vegetal. Porción de fruta de temporada con semillas de chia.

    3. Pancakes de calabaza.
    1 cup de harina de avena o almendra + 1/2 tbsp polvo de hornear.
    1 cup de puré de calabaza.
    1/2 cup leche vegetal.
    (Sal, canela, endulzante) al gusto.
    1 tbsp extracto de vainilla.
    Mezclar todo en el orden escrito, reposar 3 minutos, precalentar sartén engrasado, cocinar a fuego lento por 5 minutos ambos lados.
    Topping: granola, mapple, trozos de piña.

    4. Arepas de camote.
    1 cup de puré de camote + 1/2 cup de harina de maíz precocida. Agregar agua poco a poco hasta lograr una masa moldeable. Pizca de sal. Precalentar una plancha o budare engrasado, hacer una bola y aplastar. Montar y cocinar por 10 o 15 min. aproximadamente de cada lado. Abrir de costado y rellenar.

Pour 9 portions :...
🌞 100g de farine de riz complet.
🌞 10g de farine de coco «facultatif».
🌞 1 sachet de poudre levante.
🌞 1 stick vanillé @canderel_fr .
🌞 1 fromage blanc ou 1 sojasun pour une version ss lactose.
🌞 3 cc de sirop d'érable.
🌞 1cc d'arôme vanille ou poudre....
🌞 1 stick vanillé @canderel_fr .
🌞 un œuf.
🌞 100g de lait d'amandes.
🌞  1 carré de chocolat noir intense @nestledessert_officiel  râpé.
🌞 qques cerises et qques fraises coupées en petits morceaux. .
🌞 Mélangez tous les ingrédients et ajouter les fruits en dernier. Enfourner dans des moules à tartelettes à four préchauffé à 180° pour 20-25 min. A surveiller à partir de 15 min car ça fait un volcan au centre 😂.....

C'est très moelleux et ça change vraiment du pancake, plus rien à voir 😋.

Hallo ihr lieben und schönes Wochenende ❣️ ich habe endlich mal wieder Zeit mich zu melden, denn ich bin mit Teil 1/4 von meinen Abschlussprüfungen durch 🎉 das war eine mündliche Prüfung, dementsprechend nervös war ich natürlich auch 😅🤷🏼‍♀️ aber ich habe bestanden und das mit einem ganz guten Ergebnis 💪🏼
Dieses Wochenende steht dann jetzt also eine ausgiebige Lernpause an, bevor ich die nächsten zwei Wochen Urlaub (yippiyayeah🎉) habe zum lernen (hmpf 🤨). Aber ich werde mit Sicherheit auch das gute Wetter nutzen zwischendurch ☀️

  • Pancake Gusto "Raffaello"
Mi sono ispirata ad una torta con classici ingredienti e l'ho trasformata in un giga pancake light e proteico . Ed è riuscito alla grande 😍😋
La sera prima ho preparato i tartufini al cocco (la ricetta la troverete in  uno dei miei post ) e il pancake.
Ingredienti per giga pancake:
40 g  farina di avena (io ho usato gusto vaniglia)
20 g farina di cocco 
60 yogurt greco 0% @fage_italia
40 g di latte al cocco @alpro
80 g di albume (montato a neve)
Mischiate tutti gli ingredienti e cuocete in un pentolino antiaderente da 12 cm con un coperchio a fuoco basso. 
La mattina successiva preparate la crema per la copertura unendo 80 g di yogurt greco 0% 1 cucchiaino di crema proteica al cocco @foodspring  e spolverate con cocco rape' ,coconut chips ,se volete aggiungete dei frutti di bosco freschi con la menta .
Il risultato è straordinario... provare per credere 😉

1 banana + 1 egg + 3 tbsp of coconut flour + 1/2 tsp of baking powder + 1/2 tsp cinnamon✨
mash the banana, add whisked egg, baking powder, coconut flour and cinnamon. mix well and form pancakes into 4-5 inch cakes and cook in a pan coated with coconut oil at low heat with lid for 3-4 minutes on each side. drizzle with some maple butter and enjoy!

5️⃣Sunday Paleo Pancake Stacks😍👏🏻
Paleo mix and added 1 egg, 1/4 c flax meal and 1 mashed banana to the batter and cooked in a pan on low heat with the lid on until ready. 
we paired them with  plain yogurt, creamy PB and maple syrup.

6️⃣GF LEMON RICOTTA PANCAKES 🍋🍋🍋 😍🙌🏻
8 oz (1 cup) ricotta cheese + 2 tsp coconut sugar + 1 tsp lemon juice + lemon zest from 1 lemon + 1/2 tsp vanilla extract + 1 egg + 4 tbsp almond flour + 2 tbsp brown rice flour…Directions: combine all ingredients.
heat a skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil. form cakes into balls with lightly floured hands, and put them into the skillet, press and lower the heat. cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side uncovered. once ready, cover with the lid and let it cook  for another 1-2 minutes.

I’m back after a few days off from posting with some pancakes🥞 
for these i just used two bananas, almond milk, plain flour and baking powder and they worked so well ! i didn’t really measure the ingredients but i do try and make the batter quite thick .

i topped mine with plain soy yoghurt, strawberries, cherries, flaked almonds and cinnamon 🍒

‘Chitwa’ is basically Indian version of pancakes or you can also term it wheat flour ka meetha cheela, and a popular breakfast item from the regions of Bihar. 😍😍
#childhoodmemories - I used to eat it in the breakfast generally or take it in my tiffin box for school. Where I used to ask Mom to top it with fresh malai. Further, I used to roll and eat it. It’s tastier than the pancakes for sure. 😍😊😋😋
The only addition I have done nowadays to my this breakfast is, I have started adding half a spoon chocolate spread or nutella hazelnut spread, which adds on to the overall taste and makes it heavenly. 😍😋
It’s very easy to prepare, without using much of the ingredients and underrated dish from the regions of Bihar. 😍😋

  • Il week end è alle porte e io vi lascio la ricetta per una bella colazione da preparare e gustare con i vostri cari in tutta serenità e che sicuramente piacerà a grandi e piccini 😋: PANCAKES FIT & LIGHT 🥞
➡️20 gr farina di avena integrale ➡️10 gr farina integrale ➡️10 gr cocco grattugiato ➡️2 gr di bicarbonato + limone spremuto
➡️50 gr yogurt bianco s/lattosio ➡️80 gr albumi ➡️cannella q.b
Il procedimento è semplicissimo. Unisci le farine e il bicarbonato, spremi del limone sul bicarbonato fin quando non vedrai creare la schiumetta che servirà per attivare la lievitazione. Aggiungi poi gli albumi, lo yogurt, il cocco grattugiato e la cannella. Mescola per bene. Ungi una padella con dell’olio e fai cuocere per un paio di minuti a lato i pancakes. Puoi servirli come più preferisci: miele, sciroppo d’acero, creme di frutta secca, confettura, cioccolato. Io li ho farciti con della pasta di nocciole e mirtilli freschi e li ho accompagnato con un cappuccino di mandorla s/zuccheri 😋👌🏻!     Il procedimento è semplicissimo. Unisci le farine e il bicarbonato, spremi del limone sul bicarbonato fin quando non vedrai creare la schiumetta che servirà per attivare la lievitazione. Aggiungi poi gli albumi, lo yogurt, il cocco grattugiato e la cannella. Mescola per bene. Ungi una padella con dell’olio e fai cuocere per un paio di minuti a lato i pancakes. Puoi servirli come più preferisci: miele, sciroppo d’acero, creme di frutta secca, confettura, cioccolato. Io li ho farciti con della pasta di nocciole e mirtilli freschi e li ho accompagnato con un cappuccino di mandorla s/zuccheri 😋👌🏻!
