As the COVID-19 situation is still effecting us i am running another month of virtual group fitness classes via Zoom. These online classes are here to support you, and make sure that you can keep active during these uncertain times they will also kick start your mornings! My sessions are designed for all fitness levels and the workouts can be easily regressed or progressed depending on your ability. These sessions require no gym equipment however if you have some we can really add lots of options.  Most of the attendees have purchased bands are have some forms of weights, so i will always give you options.

  • Chiamerei tutto questo "passione pasta in bianco fredda" (in questo caso orecchiette).
Mi sento troppo straniera nell'usare la pasta come "contorno" piuttosto che come pasto principale 🤣 ma per me è qualcosa di normale e, onestamente, la preferisco al classico piatto di pasta.
Sarà che così riesco a mangiare anche con più calma e la calma, a tavola, è essenziale.

Mi permette di tenere sotto controllo quello che mangio, di avere la consapevolezza di quello che ho mangiato e soprattutto da una mano enorme allo stomaco per la digestione che, dovremmo saperlo tutti, parte dalla bocca❗
.
Voi ricordereste davvero tutto quello che avete mangiato, se doveste fare un elenco a fine giornata❓ anche quello snack di metà mattinata? Quel biscotto mangiato senza perché o quel pezzetto di cioccolato aggiunto perché si aveva voglia di dolce?

Se riusciamo a ricordare tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato siamo già sulla buona strada, consapevoli di quello che diamo al nostro corpo per vivere💪

  • Throwback to a few years ago. See the problem? Apart from being so hungover I’m drinking out of a vase I’ve also developed rounded shoulders (kyphosis) from overtraining my chest and neglecting my back aka being a mirror muscle lizard. Hitting one muscle and neglecting its antagonist causes one to be strong and short and the other to be stretched and weak. This leads to bad posture, poor shoulder alignment and eventually injury. Negative effects; lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, the list goes on. It also looks as terrible as it feels, I look a lot leaner, taller and more confident with good posture. ——————————————————
Common things that cause bad posture are weakness in the back, abs and glutes as well as tightness of the hip flexors and chest. —————————————————-
HIPS; You should constantly have your abs and glutes engaged while standing to pull your hip in. Having tight hips will limit your range and pull them back forward which is why it is important to stretch them out. —————————————————-

    Negative effects; lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, headaches, the list goes on. It also looks as terrible as it feels, I look a lot leaner, taller and more confident with good posture. ——————————————————
    Common things that cause bad posture are weakness in the back, abs and glutes as well as tightness of the hip flexors and chest. —————————————————-
    HIPS; You should constantly have your abs and glutes engaged while standing to pull your hip in. Having tight hips will limit your range and pull them back forward which is why it is important to stretch them out. —————————————————-

I try to get up as early as poss to fit in a quick 1-2hours of gyming followed by three hours of studying my part time PT course with @origym_coe 💫💫💫

On sunny days I find it impossible to be inside so I try to get all my work done by midday (so I get sunning in “prime tanning time” as my family puts it 😂🙈) .
