  • Pivot week 1, conventional deadlifts: 374x10 at RPE 9, 352x10 at RPE 7.

Today started off great with a rep PR at 374.  After sitting for a few minutes, I was suddenly hit with extreme dizziness and nausea.  So I walked out of our garage to our laundry room, and texted my wife @meowymichi to let her know I was lying on the floor trying not to puke and/or pass out.  The interesting part was that I was able to stay calm as I knew "yep, low blood sugar.  Better go lie on the floor until this passes.". Not great that this is a familiar feeling, but OTOH shit happens and it validating to know that experience matters.

Aside from that, deadlifts felt great.  The rep PRs continue, and I'm maintaining a bodyweight between 136-137.  That should drop pretty easily to 135ish with a week or two of staying on my macros 100%. After that, it's an easy water cut to 130/59kg.

➡️ Выкладываю присед (архив😂), где оформил для себя личный рекорд:
▪️175х3*5 (1ый и 5ый подходы на 🎬)
⠀
Вроде вес и небольшой, но есть 3 весомых НО:
▪️Выполнен этот присед на отдыхе, соответственно значения в нулях
▪️Без наколенников
▪️И даже без пояса
Соответственно, выполнено это все было безо всяких читов💊, своими силами😀 что радует😎

Собственный вес на момент тренировки был как помню 85,3 на тренировке, что для отдыха - отлично. Не все ж дрищем ходить.

  • Знаю, как вы, мои самые весёлые подписчики, с нетерпением ждёте моих великолепных фото😂и вот одно из них 😁 в зал я в таком виде не хожу, это все только ради вас, чтобы вы не думали, что я на 💯 процентов мужик 😂 кое-что ещё осталось местами! 
Сегодня у меня был не менее великолепный жим, и вообще у нас типа билдинг на этой неделе, что возводит все перечисленное по великолепности буквально в квадрат, если не куб! 😁

А если серьёзно, то мы всю неделю фигачим упражнения по 15, 20 и даже 30 раз!!! 😂 Вы понимаете, что это такое, когда тебе идеально подходит 4, ну ладно 6, в подходе 😂а тут появляется желание уйти в супер групповые тренировки с палками (бодибары по-моему) по 5 кг и не возвращаться 😂 4 все-таки вообще идеально для всего 😅но что-то я отошла от темы)

  • Lateral shoulder raise machine can be your friend! Slow, controlled, and most important slow down TUT!! On a side note, size and definition is starting to make a comeback. Still looking to have surgery on my brachial plexus to fix this pectoral minor and long tricep head issue! .

•DO IT IN A ROOM WHICH IS WELL VENTILATED
•NO DUST ,SHOULD BE CLEAN. •TEMPERATURE OF THE ROOM MUST BE WARM,NOT TOO HOT NOR TOO COLD.
•CLOTHING SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO LET YOUR BELLY EXPAND

  • Definitely finished this entire pizza and don’t regret it AT ALL. Guys, living a healthy lifestyle should NOT restrict you from eating your favorite foods. If it does, get yourself a new coach. Should you eat them in moderation? OF COURSE. But absolutely cut them out? NOOOO. I have been consistently losing about a pound a week for the last few months now (since January or so) and YES I still eat pizza 🤯🤯🤯 It fits in my macros (on high carb days) and allows me to feel like I’m eating a cheat meal but actually staying 100% within my numbers and on track with my goals. As I get closer to stage I won’t eat out nearly as much (if at all) but with my show being so far pushed out, I can afford to do so on high carb days. 🍕😋 Moral of this post: DONT RESTRICT YOUR FAVORITE FOODS. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Happy #humpday🐪
