  • Te traemos una receta fácil para acompañar tus helados 🍧

Vasitos de avena y plátano 🍌

Ingredientes para 6 unidades:
- 1 plátano maduro
- 1 vaso de copos de avena
- 1 cucharada de pasta de dátil (opcional para que quede más dulce)
- Canela - Pizca de sal

Aplasta el plátano con un tenedor y añade la pasta de dátil y remueve.

En un bol, mezcla los copos de avena, la canela y la pizca de sal. A esta mezcla añade la anterior e integra bien hasta que te quede una masa grumosa.

Precalienta el horno a 160-180°C mientras viertes la mezcla en moldes para muffins. Aplasta bien con los dedos a la vez que le das forma de vasito.

Hornea durante 10 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que veas que están dorados.

¡Los tienes! ¿Has visto qué fácil? Son similares a los cucuruchos de galleta, pero estos quedan mucho más tiernos (y son más saludables). Nosotras los hemos acompañado de helado de frutos rojos y chocolate 85%, pero puedes acompañarlo con fruta, yogur... ¡Totalmente recomendado!

I also winged a cashew frosting for the top. Such a special breakfast!😍 •

The pop tart recipe can be found in @veganlovinglife ebook. I used @foragerproject vanilla yogurt for the dough and @croftersorganic jam for the filling. 
For the frosting: soak a heaping 1/4 cup cashews and 3 medjool dates in ~1/2 cup hot water for at least 30 mins. Pour everything (including the water) into a blender along with a splash of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth!

📝Ingredientes
🔸2 huevos grandes
🔸200 g leche desnatada
🔸Ralladura de media naranja (sin llegar a la parte blanca)
🔸13 g cacao puro en polvo desgrasado sin azúcares (2 cdas soperas aprox.)
🔸Edulcorante líquido al gusto (10-12 g aprox.)
🔸Opcional: un poco de chocolate sin azúcares añadidos (de tableta) para rallar por encima

🔥LA SOLUCION EN MI BIOGRAFIA🔥

👉PROCESO
.
1. En un recipiente alto (tipo shaker o vaso alto de los de batir) apto para microondas cascamos los huevos y los batimos un poco con un tenedor.
.
2. Le añadimos la leche y la ralladura de naranja y lo mezclamos todo con el tenedor un poco mas.
.
3. Lo introducimos en el microondas. Al finalizar el cocinado, la mezcla habrá cuajado de forma un poco irregular, es normal.
.
4. Sacamos el recipiente del microondas, añadimos el cacao puro en polvoyel edulcorante al gusto.
.
5. Trituramos con la batidora eléctrica (o robot tipo Thermomix) hasta que quede una crema lisa y sin grumos. En este momento, si hiciera falta, podemos rectificar el edulcorante y volver a triturar.
.
6. Rápidamente (ya que no tardan mucho en empezar a espesar) vertemos las natillas de chocolate en el/los recipiente/s donde las deseemos servir.
.
7. Dejamos que enfríen a temperatura ambientey después las metemos en la nevera para que queden bien frías y más consistentes aún (un par de horas mínimo).
.
8. Y ya podemos disfrutar de unas riquísimas natillas de chocolate y naranja sin azúcar fit. Si se desea, antes de servirlas, se puede rallar por encima un poco de chocolate sin azúcares y/o acompañar con algunas frutas.

🛒2 ous eco, 50gr de sucre de panela, essencia de vainilla, 180gr farina d'ametlla @lafinestrasc, 60gr farina de civada @solnatural, 400gr iogurt batut vegetal @santiveri_official, 7gr llevat, 1c canyella @vegetalia_bio, 40ml llet ametlla, 50gr nibs de cacao @elgranerointegral.

👩‍🍳Batem els ous🥚 amb el sucre de 🎋panela. Afegim essencia de vainilla, la farina d'ametlla, de civada 🌾i 135gr de iogurt🥛 batut,batem amb energia🌀🔋. Incorporem el llevat🔝, la canyella, la llet d'ametlla🌰 i les nibs de cacao🍫. Barregem fins a obtenir una textura homogènia. Posem en un motlle apte x microones, 6 minuts a màxima potència.
Preparem la ganache:150gr de iogurt batut 🥛+essencia de vainilla. Posem x sobre del coc quan estigui fred i acabem decorant amb chips de coco🥥 i avellanes torrades🌰.

Please excuse the lack of fresh lime in this photo, as I’m sure you’re well aware keeping fresh produce around is a STRUGGLE - but I think you should def. serve your barbacoa with fresh lime 😈😈😈 This meal was unexpectedly amazing. I’ve had this Sirloin Tip roast in my freezer forever and thought there was no better time than now to bust it out and marinate it as creatively as I could with some basic pantry ingredients! (peep my story) I served these over corn tortillas with salsa and black bean hummus (another really great condiment you can make quickly when fresh groceries are limited!). I reeeaaallly hope you try this sometime soon because it’s perfect for summer, and totally NO FUSS. Recipe below!! . 
Barbacoa Tacos ☀️
• 2 lbs beef roast (I used Sirloin Tip Roast)
• juice from half an orange • one apple • one onion
• 3 cloves garlic, grated
• 1” fresh ginger, grated
• 2 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp. honey
• salt, onion powder, cumin, cayenne and cinnamon to taste • 1/2 cup olive oil • 1 cup bone broth - Bring meat to room temperature (usually takes about 40 minutes sitting out of the fridge if already completely thawed.) Method: - Pat meat dry with paper towel, apply salt generously, and set aside
- add all ingredients except bone broth to a bowl and incorporate. Pour half of marinade into crock pot, lay roast into the crockpot, and pour remaining marinade over roast, using a pastry brush to evenly apply if necessary. - Pour bone broth into crock pot, cook on high for 5-7 hours and reduce to warm. Serve taco style with fresh lime, cilantro, your favorite toppings, or simply over rice!

I was born & raised in the Czech Republic (middle Europe, next to Germany, Poland, Austria and no, my country is not considered Eastern Europe and we are pretty far from Russia).

Moved to the US right after high-school, cruised around horse & cattle ranches for a while and then finally went to college.

My first degree is in Agriculture Sciences (yup and I learned how to drive a tractor too), and my second one is about to be Masters in Nutrition/Dietetics, with RD credential.

Fitness is my sidekick, I spend most of my free time at the gym, maintain my CPT cert and love helping others, especially in a group setting. Part of me always wanted to work in a performance nutrition, but I see that somewhere further down the line in my career, as a side gig.

I also have big passion for advocacy for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, especially children with Down Syndrome. Another part of me hopes to extend my nutrition expertise in this direction, especially back overseas.

Hey beautiful people.🙆‍♀️ I thought I should share with you another focaccia that I made a couple of weeks ago. I don't make it very often however every time I do we enjoy it so much.😋 You can find the recipe in my highlights under Foccacia. I always follow the same recipe and I just change the toppings. This time I sautéed some mushrooms and added more minced garlic on top. I hope you like it! ❤️

Huuuuuge smoked salmon lover over here 🙋🏻‍♀️ but it’s def not an everyday food! When I do get it, I love having it for breakfast or as an appetizer.   • One of the main problems with today’s society with food 🍔 🥗 and a reminder It takes a little effort to make a big difference. And the same can be said for health. Its non linear.

A little effort with making your food, knowing what’s going in, on your food, how it’s produced, how your body utilises it’s chemical substrates could have massive positive health effects.

Be mindful and empowered with your food choices, not with fear or an irrational approach is extremely important.

Eating one salad does not magically mean you have pristine health and The same with a hamburger, your not infested with poor health overnight, but your neurological pathways can shift and the same with your microbiome with one meal.
—
But taking pro active steps towards your health on a consistent basis will dramatically improve your mental and physical wellbeing
—
Whilst the plastic salad package can further be upgraded by making it yourself,  with using your own Tupperware, which is obviously better for your environment and your own health.

You can also throw in some leftover protein sources or add some eggs to the mix to further bulk up the nutrient profile making it more satisfying whilst not adding significant cost.

Nunca pueden faltar en un buen tapeo 😌 . Las patatas me gustan de todas las maneras ya sean al horno, fritas, microondas, en puré... Estas llevan salsa alioli, así que  para restarle más calorías las he cocinado al horno  en vez de fritas😙
.
🟣PARA LAS PATATAS: lavarlas bien y cortarlas a trozos del tamaño que os guste. Las introducimos en un bowl con una cucharadita de aceite, sal, pimentón dulce y picante. Removemos bien y las vertemos sobre papel vegetal en una bandeja de horno sin que se toquen entre ellas. Cocinamos en el horno caliente unos 15-20 minutos , el tiempo depende de cada horno y el grosor de las patatas 🥔.

🔵PARA EL ALIOLI: SOBRARÁ BASTANTE. SE CONSERVA EN UN BOTE BIEN CERRADO EN LA NEVERA DURANTE 3-4 DÍAS( alimento natural pero alto en calorías).

▪️1 huevo.
▪️unas gotas de zumo de limón 🍋.
▪️2 dientes de ajo pequeños pelados y sin el tallo verde central.
▪️1/2 cucharadita de sal.
▪️250 ml. Aceite de oliva ( podéis poner mitad de oliva mitad de girasol eso va a gustos, con el de oliva queda un sabor más intenso).

🔜metéis todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la batidora. Colocáis la batidora plana y empezáis a batir sin moverla. Cuando empieza a emulsionar la eleváis un poquito de arriba a bajo hasta que tenga la consistencia deseada.  Hacerla con paciencia para que no se os corte 🙈.

🟥Servís las patatas en un plato junto con el alioli y espolvoreais pimentón picante encima 🌶.

  • Breakfast game changer 😏

If you haven’t tried shakshouka before it’s a mediterranean dish made of poached eggs in spiced tomato sauce and let me tell you IT HITS ALL THE NOTES! Savory, saucy, and oh so satisfying. Perfect topped with fresh herbs and served with warm toast.

Easy One-Skillet Shakshouka:
- 3 cups crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- dash of cayenne
- 2 cups spinach
- 6 eggs
- cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste

Heat a large skillet pan on medium high and add in the olive oil. Finely dice up the onion and bell pepper and add into the pan cooking for 2-3 minutes until beginning to soften. Next add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute before adding in the crushed tomatoes. Stir in the spices and bring the sauce to a simmer. Let simmer for 5 minutes letting the sauce thicken up a little and then bring the heat down to low and stir in the spinach. Using a spatula form a little well in the sauce to crack each egg into. Sprinkle each egg with a little salt and pepper and cover to let them cook for 5-6 minutes. Top with fresh cilantro and serve hot!

Today after 104 days I was finally able to workout at my favorite studio instead of online. Yes things are different but can say I felt 100% safe with the new cleaning protocol. This place brought a little bit of normalcy back into my life & so grateful for the extra cleaning measures & social distancing  being enforced. Not sure when things will ever feel like they once did, but for now I’m making sure to take care of myself, my health.

Motivada por el #retoziro de @ziroburger, hoy he preparado esta receta #vegetariana y #healty de hamburguesa. Y es que escogiendo bien los ingredientes y la forma de prepararlos puedes preparar cosas deliciosas y bien saludables!

Ingredientes:
⠀
🍔 Para la hamburguesa:
- 80 grs de lentejas
- 1 clara de huevo
- brocoli rallado al gusto
- 1 cucharada de harina de garbanzo
- ajo y perejil (en polvo) y una pizca de sal
⠀
🍔 Para el conjunto:
- Pan integral
- espinacas crudas
- tomate a rodajas
- cebolla
- pimiento rojo
- champiñones⠀
- guacamole
- salsa de mango y curry
⠀
Procedimiento:
⠀
🍔 Para la hamburguesa:
⠀
1. Lavar y escurrir las lentejas y machacarlas con un tenedor. Rallar con un rallador el brocoli (crudo).
⠀
2. Mezclar las lentejas machacadas, el brocoli rallado, la clara batida, la harina y los condimentos hasta formar una masa homogénea y compacta.

3. Calentar y engrasar con una gota de aceite una sartén (antiadherente a poder ser). Poner la masa dándole forma de hamburguesa (si tienes un molde redondo te será útil).

5. Cocer bien a fuego medio por un lado y luego darle la vuelta para que se haga por el otro. ¡¡Si quieres una videoreceta de cómo preparar estas hamburguesas vegetarianas hazmelo saber en los comentarios!!

🍔 Emplatado:

1. Cortar el pan en dos partes y tostar ambas (en la tostadora o en la sartén). Untar la parte de abajo del pan con el guacamole.

2. Hacer los champiñones, el pimiento y la cebolla a la sartén y reservar.

3. Colocar los ingredientes al gusto. Yo he seguido este orden: rodajas de tomate, champiñones, espinacas, pimiento rojo, hamburguesa y cebolla.

4. Para acabar, verter la salsa de mango y curry por encima y cerrar con el otro trozo de pan. ¡Y listo!

✔️100g de pasta integral (en seco)
✔️200g de langostinos (sin desperdicio)
✔️Unos cuantos ajitos
✔️Una cucharada de AOVE
✔️Una pizca de cayena
✔️Una pizca de perejil
✔️Una pizca de sal

RECETA:
1️⃣Cuece la pasta.
2️⃣Una vez cocida, añádela a un escurridor para quitarle todo el agua.
3️⃣Añade aceite de oliva a la sartén.
4️⃣Pela y trocea los ajos y añádelos a la sartén. Deja que se doren.
5️⃣(OPCIONAL) Cuando estén dorados los ajitos, añade la cayena y deja que se sofría un par de minutos.

Receta 👀: ✔️1 taza harina de coco rallado

✔️ 1/4 tsp sal rosada.
✔️1 taza agua hirviendo.
✔️ 1/4 taza aceite de oliva.

Pasos:

1. Whisk together the eggs and pour in your cast iron. Add your veggies in. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. 
2. Top with your favorite toppings (avocado and vegan cream cheese for me). .
3. Enjoy with a slice of toast and fruit!

    Veggies of your choice
    Sliced Avocado
    Cream Cheese
    1. Whisk together the eggs and pour in your cast iron. Add your veggies in. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
    2. Top with your favorite toppings (avocado and vegan cream cheese for me). .
    3. Enjoy with a slice of toast and fruit!

  • A simple but loaded sweet potato yogurt bowl felt so right on this fine Friday! Still clearly obsessing over how good strawberries are right now and I don’t think I’ll be stopping anytime soon 🍓we bought four pints just a few days ago and they’re almost gone 🙊 do you guys have a favorite berry? Have a look at these bad boys 😍 Aren’t they dreamy?! After a lovely day in boiling hot sun I really couldn’t be arsed making anything that remotely resembled dinner so decided to stroll to my local taco hotspot for a feast. My BF and I got 3 tacos each and they were all D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S *chef’s kiss 💋 These were their carnitas, deep fried aubergine and fish tacos and all of them had really unique sauces and toppings. I particularly loved the punchy zesty sauce on the carnitas taco. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼 Now I’m away to lie in bed and moan about my sunburn 😂
