1 ruas serai, geprek
1 lembar daun kunyit, ikat
1 bagian jeruk nipis
1/2 kotak santan ukuran paling kecil
Haluskan :
1 ruas kunyit
1 ruas jahe
1 genggam cabai rawit hijau
5 buah cabai rawit merah
1 sdt ketumbar
2 baput
3 bamer
Tumis bahan halus hingga harum dan kering, kemudian masukan air dan santan, aduk rata bumbui dengan 1 sdt garam, gula secukup nya, jeruk nipis, 1 sdt kaldu dan aduk rata kembali.
Masukan kepala cakalang kemudian biarkan mendidih selamat 5 menit lebih, cek rasa dan sajikan.

뚝딱 두부조림~

1.멸치와 새우젓으로 육수만들고요
2. 냄비바닥에 두부를 깔아주고
3. 고춧가루 3큰스푼 뿌려주고 
4. 두부가 잠길 듯 말 듯 하게 육수부어준 뒤
5. 설탕 1큰스푼 진간장1큰스푼, 국간장2/3큰스푼, 멸치액젓 1/3큰스푼 다진마늘 1큰스푼을 넣고 
6. 파와 청량고추 올려준 뒤
7. 참깨 뿌려주고 참기름 약간 두루고 끓이면 되요😁

다 끓어 오르면 두부가 안깨지게 조심히 국물을 잘 섞어 주고 입 맛에 맞게 추가로 간을 맞춰주세요~~ 두부는 간이 잘 안배기 때문에 간을 약간 짜다싶을 정도로 좀 강하게 하셔야 해요🥰
살짝 졸여주시면 끝~😋 .

  • homemade sushi night 🥢🍙🍣🍱 made a trip to hmart to buy the essentials 😍 sushi grade salmon and tuna. i’ll admit, my first roll was a disaster and fell apart ( partially because i didn’t cook the rice long enough ) but the sushi rice taste delicious 😍 gotta get the right rice vinegar, sugar and salt ratio perfect. def will be eating sushi/sashimi all weekend so hopefully by the end, it will stay together/look nicer and more put together.

  • Made honey mustard chicken breast for #dinner tonight along with brown butter garlic marinara sauced pasta with yesterday's leftover veggies thrown in it (same as #yesterday)

Pretty much winged it with the marinade for the chicken and let it sit for about an hour and a half before cooking in a cast iron grill skillet for 3 minutes each side x2 for the nice grill marks and finished in a preheated oven at 400F basted with black pepper dijon mustard and honey sauce (1:2 ratio then adjust for taste) for 15 to 20 minutes until internal temp of 165F is reached then rested for 5 minutes. .

Loose recipe for the marinade was: 
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp dijon mustard 
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp sea salt*
1/3 tsp black pepper*
1/4 tsp dried basil
.
Whisk together and add up to 4 chicken breast (I did 2) and flip chicken to coat all sides. .
*Everything was adjusted to taste, so before adding chicken taste for seasoning in the marinade. Add more of anything you think is lacking!

Chicken Fried Steak: •1/2 cup vegetable oil
•2lbs cube steak •1cup buttermilk
•2eggs beaten •1tsp salt •1tsp pepper
•1 cup white flour
•1cup Louisiana chicken fry
•1tsp paprika •1tsp garlic powder 😋😋😋😋😋😋
•In a pan (cast iron works best) bring oil to low-medium heat.
•next soak cube steak in buttermilk/egg mixture for 15 minutes. This will allow the meat to soften. •combine four, Louisiana chicken rub, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning in a medium size bowl. •once cube steaks at fully marinated , add a pinch of salt and pepper, then douse steaks with flour mixture. •fry until golden brown on each side.

  • Cheesy garlic baked mushroom:

INGREDIENTS - 1 large portabella mushroom (80-90g)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely - Extra mushroom if necessary for your total vegetable (mushroom and garlic) weight to be 100g raw
- 60g shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper 
DIRECTIONS - Gently remove the mushroom stem and dig out some of the mushroom without breaking it
- Finely chop the stem, dug out mushroom and garlic (and extra mushroom if needed)
- Spray the underside of the mushroom base with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place in oven dome side down on 200 degrees for 5 min while you do the next step - Lightly sauté the chopped mushroom and garlic in a pan, adding a dash of water to cook, salt and pepper - Remove mushroom base from oven and evenly spread cooked veggies on top, followed by the 60g mozzarella - Place back in oven for 10 min or until cheese is melted and starting to go golden - don’t overcook or the mushroom will collapse - Eat like a steak

Quién ya lo preparó???
Ingredientes 
75 gramos de coco rallado 
100 gramos de avena
70 gramos de azúcar mascabo o 2 cucharadas de edulcorante líquido o 15 sobres
1 cucharada de polvo para hornear
2 huevos
100 ml de leche líquida 
Dulce de leche sin azúcar 2 cucharadas 
Dulce de leche extra y coco en escamas para la superficie (opcional)
Procedimiento 
1-Colocar todos los ingredientes en la licuadora a excepción del dulce de leche.
2 -Volcar la mitad en molde de budín rociado con spray vegetal y en el medio disponer las dos cucharadas de dulce de leche sin azúcar.
3 -Cocinar en horno moderado aproximadamente 20 minutos 
4 -Enfriar, Desmoldar y decorar a gusto con más dulce de leche y coco.

  • it’s fridayyyyy woooot🥳 i made this suuper loaded sandwich w shredded chicken, avo, carrots, tomato, and romaine‼️ basically i just used whatever ingredients i had in my fridge bc we were lacking in groceries LOL,, the carrots made the sandwich really loud when i ate it so my brother was like why can i hear your chewing through my headphones KAKAKA #sorrynotsorry 😅😅😇 -

Vamos con un clásico para acompañar un buen café en este día gris☁️!!!⁣
⁣
👩🏻‍🍳Batir la manteca con el azúcar impalpable hasta obtener una crema de color pálido. ⁣
👩🏻‍🍳Integrar la esencia de vainilla y la yema. ⁣
👩🏻‍🍳Por último agregar la harina con el almidón de maíz y unir sin amasar. Es importante no darle calor a la masa asique trabajarla lo menos posible y reposar envuelta en film en heladera por 2 horas. ⁣
👩🏻‍🍳 Estirar en mesada con almidón de maíz y con un cortante cortar circulos (de 6cm de diámetro). Luego con un cortante chico o con un pico para manga cortar un círculo en el centro para formar anillitos. ⁣
👩🏻‍🍳 Colocar en placa con papel manteca enmantecado o placa de silicona y llevar al freezer por 30mins. Hornear a 170 grados (aprox 10mins). Tener en cuenta que no tienen que tomar coloración y que una vez que se enfrían se endurecen asique sacar la masa un poco blanda. ⁣
⁣
🌟 Una vez que se enfrían pueden bañarlos en chocolate y ponerle granas o espolvorearlos con azúcar impalpable. ⁣
🌟 Para hacerlos apto celíacos utilizar 150gr almidón de maíz con 1 cdita de polvo para hornear. ⁣
⁣
🛒 Rinde 16 anillitos (cortante 6cm)⁣
75gr manteca, 50gr azúcar impalpable, 1 cdita esencia de vainilla, 1 yema, 60gr almidón de maíz (maicena) y 60gr harina 0000 con 1/2 cdita polvo hornear o harina leudante. ⁣

  • I love to keep myself busy these days.. for me it is the only way to silence my mind when it’s about to drag me into a silly or a negative conversation. Cooking, baking, cleaning, decluttering are the ways to try to escape. I  can’t say that I am not so weighed down, cause  i am  but i keep trying to let it go through what i do. So my advice is to keep up, find something you love doing , stay busy , make yourself a good breakfast, have a cup of coffee and have a moment of gratitude towards all the good things that we still have  and let’s pray that what’s is coming is better 🙏🙏🙏 ...... I have been baking 2 days in a row it never fails to make me feel better and even better when i watch the ppl i love enjoying what i make ❤️ .

Ingredients 
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 tbs of yeast
1/2 tsp salt 
2 tbs of sugar 
2 tbsp of milk powder 
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
Lukewarmwater

Mix the yeast and sugar together in little lukewarm water and set them aside.
In a big bowl mix the flour with salt, baking powder, milk powder , the yeast mix and the oil.

Gradually add the water.. enough till the dough comes together.

Kneed the dough for at least 7 to 10 mins until it is soft and elastic.
Brush  the dough with little olive oil, cover  for about 30 mins to 1 hour  until  it doubles  in size .

Bring the dough on a dry clean surface roll using a rolling pin and make round shapes using a cookie cutter or a cup . 
For the topping i used 
1 . Zaatar mixed with olive oil and sumac. 
2 .chili tomato sauce : it is 5 tbsp of tomato paste mixed with 1 1/2 tbsp of  olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sumac, one tsp chili flakes and diced tomatoes .

Spread the toppings on the dough and place in preheated oven at 160 for 10 to 12 mins .
