  • Here we gonna end up the myth about flat belly and sixpack 👇🏼

First, I want it to be clear, it is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to target a weight lost on a specific part of your body, a weight lost is general, so the first thing you can do is stop doing abs exercise, because you waste your time, instead of this I advice you to do multiple basics exercises as squats, deadlift, bench press, lunges, cardio exercises, to activate all the muscles in your body and have a real fat burn effect during your training 🔥

Then arrive the most important thing, your « diet » and I would even say your « lifestyle », I’m not the first saying « abs are made in the kitchen » but I feel like it still not understanding from people, so even if you do what I just say in the first step, if you still eat to much calories it’s not gonna work, and for the majority of people asking me these questions about abs and flat belly, loosing weight etc.. is that you eat to much Carbs, not enough vegetables which bring you all the micronutrients and vitamins necessary for your metabolism, and not enough good fat which is very important for your metabolism too to burn the bad fat, you can find good fat in eggs (the yellow), avocado, walnuts, almond, olive, olive oil, cashews, peanuts... 🥑🥚🥜🌰

One last things that I want you to know, having a flat belly is doable for everyone, without exception, if you do the right things, it’s not even hard, you just have to change your lifestyle having your good routine of training and diet like I said above, and appreciate what you do 🤗

But having a sixpack, is a way much harder, depending on your genes, it can be very hard for some people and ask a lot of sacrifice, and honestly, I don’t think that having a sixpack despite of having fun in your life is worth it, you have to accept your genes, because if it asks to much effort for you to get a sixpack, you won’t keep the results for long time, sixpack is good for pictures and at the beach, nothing more... 😬

  • Goooood Thursday Morning!!! We get things going today with a 10min EMOM of Sprints and Ring/Box Dips!  Goal is to get as much rest time before your next minute!  Go hard each and every minute !!! The main workout today, #jimmylegs , might get you walking funny in a couple days!  It’s a 4 Rounder of sit-ups(straight or butterfly), light push presses and 100m of lunges!  Goal is to not stop during each movement and just GO!!! You get 1min of rest between rounds.

The Cool Down is some flushing of the legs with the bike and some bodybuilding movements, skull crushers, banded lay pull downs and hammer curls.  Check our bio for the link to skull crusher video.

Wenn ich eines in den letzten Jahren gelernt habe, dann, dass ich selbst bestimme, wie lange bzw. ob ich überhaupt an manchen Gefühlen festhalten möchte.

Liebe, Glück, Freude, Heiterkeit - das sind schöne Emotionen. Sie tun uns gut und keiner würde sich jemals die Frage stellen, ob wir nun daran festhalten sollen oder nicht. Erfahrungsgemäß gehen leider auch diese Gefühle wieder und je mehr wir versuchen sie bei uns zu behalten, desto schwieriger gestaltet sich die neue Situation für uns.

Wie sieht es nun aber aus mit Wut, Trauer, Zorn und Kummer? Leider gehören auch diese Gefühle dazu und sind wahrscheinlich sogar die besten Lehrer. Auch, wenn wir gerne darauf verzichten würden. Keine Frage, es gibt Ereignisse, die uns länger beschäftigen (z.B. der Verlust eines Mitmenschen, Liebeskummer etc.) und die man auch nicht so einfach abschütteln kann. Klar wäre es wohl hier dringender denn je, aber am Ende des Tages sind wir immer noch Menschen und keine Maschinen. Manchmal muss man einfach trauern, um zu heilen.

Aber sind wir uns mal ehrlich: wie oft regen wir uns über Kleinigkeiten auf, die keinerlei Aufmerksamkeit verdient haben? Wir ärgern uns über andere Menschen, die jedoch keine weitere Sekunde mehr an uns verschwenden? Wir trauern etwas nach, was uns im Grunde gar nicht verdient hat? DAMIT IST JETZT SCHLUSS!

Unsere Lebenszeit und auch unsere Energie sind viel zu kostbar, als dass wir sie für künftige Belanglosigkeiten verschwenden. Du weißt wer du bist, was du kannst und was du verdient hast. Das wird nicht jeder für gut heißen und dir vielleicht auch dementsprechend ein schlechtes Gefühl geben. Okay, mach‘ mal. So schnell wie diese negative Emotion kommt, genauso schnell lassen wir sie auch wieder los.

  • I hate it when this man leaves me🥺 I realize how much I treasure this man and rely on him when he leaves for a long period of time. I didn’t realize how much I relied on David for physical protection and support. During times like this it also reminds me to cling to God for protection first. He is my ultimate provider and protector!! On the other hand it also reminds me of my abilities and my strengths. Being in a relationship with someone who travels a lot for work can be hard but it takes a special heart to be able to handle it. I asked myself this question when David asked me to be his wife, “Do I have the heart to handle the gaps? To handle the space and to be the supporter he needs?!” With him in the Marine Corps I knew I had to be willing to deal with Deployments, Drill Weekends, or other training that requires time apart.... little did I know when the Marine Corps Chapter was closed that I would have to still deal with long distance in the relationship. I am reminded that I do have that “Lion Heart” and that I made a commitment to stay strong while he’s gone and support him and my family while he’s away. So if you are in a relationship that requires something like this I meet you in this place, know that you are not alone. Know that your heart is strong like a lion and you will only get even stronger with time💋 🥰
