Hoy traemos una receta sencilla, con pocos ingredientes y muy rica. La clave está en la salsa, con la que puedes alegrar cualquier plato. 
Para preparar estas verduras en salsa necesitarás:
- Verduras variadas (nosotras utilizamos pimiento rojo, pimiento verde, cebolla espárragos trigueros y berenjena)
- Leche de coco (de la que viene en lata)
- Cúrcuma - Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra - Sal 🌱Cortar las verduras y cocinarlas en la sartén con un poco de aceite y sal.
🌱Para preparar la salsa, en un cazo mezclar la leche de coco con la cúrcuma.

  • Arroz de coliflor.

INGREDIENTES:
▫️1 bolsa de bits de coliflor @lechugaseva ▫️ 1 jitomate 🍅 grande picado
▫️1/2 cebolla morada picada
▫️ 1/2 taza de perejil picado
▫️ 1 chile habanero picado
▫️ Jugo de 6 limones
▫️ 1 pizca de sal rosa del himalaya
▫️ 1 pizca de pimienta negra
▫️ 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco
▫️ 8 hojas de col morada
▫️ 1 taza de col morada rallada

PROCEDIMIENTO:

1. En un sartén caliente, coloca el aceite de coco. Enseguida los bits de coliflor. Sazona de 3-4 minutos.

2. Añade el jitomate, la cebolla, el perejil, chile habanero y mezcla.

3. Finalmente, añade la sal y pimienta, y sazona 5 minutos más. Retira del fuego.

4. Vierte en un bowl y agrega el jugo de los 6 limones, y la col morada rallada; mezcla y sirve (yo lo serví sobre una hoja de col morada). Rinde para 8 porciones aproximadamente.

• 20 grams pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar
• pinch pink salt
• 50 grams oat flour
• 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
chocolate filling:
• 120 grams dairy free dark chocolate, chopped
• 170 grams coconut cream from a can solid part only
• 1/2 tsp pink salt
• 2 tbsp coconut sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp warm water
• 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Make the base:
1. Preheat oven to 175C degrees.
2. Place all the ingredients except coconut oil in a food processor and blend until finely ground.
3. Add the coconut oil and blend until combined. You should end up with a sticky dough.
4. Press the mixture into the tart tin.
5. Bake for 12 minutes.
Make the chocolate filling:
6. Dissolve the instant coffee in one tablespoon warm water.
7. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat until it's smooth and sleek.
8. Pour the filling over the base.Place in the refrigerator to set for a couple of hours.
9. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook on medium heat until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.Pour the filling over the base.

Nachtrag vom 6.6.2020.

Das benötigt ihr: 🌱 1 Paprika
🌱 50 Gramm Zucchini 🍆
🌱 150 Gramm Reis🍚
🌱 250ml Passierte Tomaten 🍅
🌱 200 Gramm Natur Tofu Schnittfest 🌱 Käse eurer Wahl,bei mir war es 🧀 @simplyvgenuss

So gehts: 
1. Reis kochen in ca. 300ml Wasser mit Salz 
2. Den Deckel der Paprika abscheiden und das Kerngehäuse entfernen. Anschließend die Paprika im ganzen in die Pfanne geben.

3. Zucchini und das Tofu in die pfanne hinzugeben. Mit euren Gewürzen nach Wahl würzen.

4. Reis abgiessen und zurück auf die heisse Herdplatte um das restliche Wasser verdampfen zu lassen. Paprika nehmt ihr anschliessend aus der Pfanne und stellt sie auf den teller eurer Wahl In der Zeit die passierten Tomaten in die Pfanne geben. 
5. Habe dann ein Esslöffel Reis in die Paprika gegeben und ein Esslöffel von der "Soße". Bisschen Käse von @simplyvgenuss drauf legen.

  • What I’ve learned so far since adopting the vegan lifestyle is that it was never the animal product that I enjoyed, but rather what it was seasoned and dressed with. I’m a huge seasoning and sauce person, and that is probably was has made this transition so easy for me, I’ve been able to recreate some of my favorite foods, but without using animal products. Tonight I had a bbq pulled jack fruit. The texture and taste 👌🏻 immaculate

  • We made a plant based version of the Layali lubnan ✨🌙✨(Lebanese Nights) dessert. It is super light, fragrant, delicious, and very easy to make! The base is composed of a semolina pudding and I topped ours with coconut whipped cream, crushed pistachios, and raspberries—served with sugar syrup flavored with orange blossom and rose water.  I used the recipe from @cookinwithmima and substituted the milk with plant based milk ( soy, almond, oat, hemp, etc) and replaced the whipped cream topping with dairy free whipped cream! You can make your own or purchase from the market.

Holaaaa, hoy les traigo la receta de este rico pad Thai vegano, espero que les guste!
Ingredientes (para 5 porciones aprox):
- 350 gr fideos de arroz (lo venden en supermercados o en las tiendas chinas)
- 400 gr champiñones (también puedes ocupar tofu o la proteína que quieras)
- 1 zanahoria cortada en trocitos
- 1/2 cebolla morada o blanca cortada en trocitos
- 1 cebollín cortado en trocitos
- 1/2 pimentón amarillo
- 1/2 pimentón rojo
- 1 diente de ajo molido
- 5 a 6 cdas de salsa de soya
- 1 cda de salsa teriyaki
- Semillas de sésamo al gusto
- Maní al gusto - Cilantro para decorar 
Preparación:
1.- Cocina los fideos (sale en las instrucciones del paquete como cocinarlos)
2.- Cocina en un sartén aparte los champiñones
3.- Agrégale a los champiñones la zanahoria y cocina 1 min a fuego medio
4.- Agrégale la cebolla y el cebollín, y sigue cocinando
5.- Agrégale los pimentones y sigue cocinando 
6.- Mezcla en un plato aparte las salsas y el diente de ajo

Creamy tofu pasta:
.
2 cups pasta of choice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
8 oz extra firm tofu
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup coconut milk from a tin
3/2 cup plant based milk from a carton
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt

Cook the pasta according to packaging instructions. Meanwhile, add the onion and the zucchini to a non-stick frying pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until they start to soften. Add the tofu, garlic, coconut milk, plant based milk, nutritional yeast, apple cider vinegar, cumin and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until very smooth and pour into the frying pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, bringing the sauce to a light simmer, then drain and rinse the pasta and add it to the frying pan to combine with the sauce before serving.

Tapioka z jogurtem kokosowym w syrenkowym wydaniu 🐳

I used big tapioca pearls (cooked for 30-40 minutes and then rinsed with cold water!) and coconut yogurt colored with blue spirulina and purple potato powder 🧜‍♀️

Do zrobienia miseczek użyłam dużych pereł tapioki (gotowanych ok 30-40 minut i później koniecznie trzeba przelać zimną wodą!) a do tego jogurt kokosowy zabarwiony proszkami blue spirulina i proszkiem z fioletowego ziemniaka 🍭

Dzisiaj miałam pracowito aktywny dzień, a teraz zaczynam leniuchowanie, które mam nadzieję zachaczy również o trochę niedzieli.. Miłego wieczoru! 💕

- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
-  half cup of milk of your choice ( I use almond )
- 1 big spoon of lemon juice - 1big spoon of agave syrup (optional)
