  • Chest and arms split today. Morning session of chest then a late night session of arms. I had to split my workout as I got sun stroke the day before and my body just wouldn’t let me do a full session in one go. But that’s not an excuse to not get the full workout done in one day. Grind it out mother fuckers!

Bench press, and I stupidly thought I’d attempt a 1RM at 145kg... Fucking fail. So I dropped down to 130kg 3x2 then 110kg for 4x7.
Then incline bench press at 100kg 6x5 with a seventh drop set.
Second session:
Tricep rope pull downs w/ tricep push downs 5x8/8. 
Overhead rope grip tricep extensions 4x15. 
Hammer curls superset with rope grip curls 5x10 each. 
Dips 4x10
Decline sit ups 5xAMRAP

The biggest mistake people make when they work abs is that they don't think about breathing.

Most people perform ab exercises when there's a lot of air in their lungs still, preventing their abs from contracting properly since the air acts as a cushion. This is why people don't see any difference in their abs even if they work abs every day.

Breathe in when you are at the start of the movement (whether it is crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, etc.) and slowly breathe out as you contract your abs. This will release the oxygen in your stomach, allowing you to contract your abs all the way!

全部辛かった😂
そのおかげで絶賛全身筋肉痛😱
朝から動けずで
楽しみにしていたお山も
泣く泣くキャンしてしまった😢
こんなに筋肉痛になるものかと
自分の身体をちゃんと知らないとだな😔
改めてびーもんの凄さを痛感
有酸素と筋トレ両方やらないと
ダメだなとこれまた痛感
でも🥊打ちまくって気持ちよかった😋
ラッシュはキツくて
ヒィヒィもんだったけど😂
久しぶりに手の皮剥けたー
ということで
リカバリーのつもりで
ゆっくりランしてみたけど

  • Finished my 6 week boxing program!!!👊👊
Down -5.6 lbs 
Down -2.5 inches

To be completely honest with everyone and myself this program was a little slow for me. HOWEVER I STILL made progress and still very much enjoyed the change of pace!!👏👏 I have been doing at home workout programs for over a year, I have lost 53 lbs!
Some programs I have lost more and some less!
This may not look like a huge change BUT when you step back and look at the whole picture you are able to celebrate your small wins! Because the small wins are what really adds up anyways!
(Swipe to see what a million small wins add up to!)🎉🎉 My point is regardless how fast or slow you go KEEP moving forward (the time will pass either way)! 🙌
This program was 6 weeks long worked on ALOT of core, weights and cardio! I think overall it was a good program and was a nice change of pace for me. I think this a excellent starter program as well!

My next challenge group starts TOMORROW!!!💥 There is still time to jump in!!!🥰 (shoot me a DM for more info) **Friendly reminder everyone starts somewhere!** That second slide photo I used to cringe at. I was embarrassed at how much weight I had gained during my second pregnancy, I was still smiling tho because I KNEW I was making a change, I had a little faith in myself. Have a little faith in yourself and give yourself a chance to make a change!

  • 💭 When they say health is wealth, we are quick to assume physical health.

We easily forget that mental health is just as, if not more, important.

Without a healthy mind, we have nothing.

With a healthy mind we are whole, we are strong, we are vibrant, and we are the truest versions of ourselves —capable of changing the world and making it a better place.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety, OCD, and an eating disorder, I’ve determined that nothing is more important to me than my mental health and that nothing ever will be.

So, as mental health awareness month comes to a close, I want to express my gratitude for all the people who had the courage to share their stories because it has inspired me to do the same.

I also want to acknowledge the crisis at hand in our country as it ties so well into the topic of mental health. I’d like to encourage learning, supporting, respecting, and being kind always, but especially now and especially for those who are hurting the most.

In our current world, where mental health is as fragile as ever, I choose to share my story, continue the conversation, and stand with others, no matter who they are, so that they know they are never alone.
