  • This is a very complex question that will be asked for generations to come, I’m sure. But the simple answer really is, who cares? No one should be cheating at all.

All it does is create mistrust, hinder growth and affect you mentally and physically. And if you are going to take your relationships seriously, you should want nothing but the best, with the gym.

When working out you need to trust the process, fitness is one of the few things in life that you cannot cheat.

So here are a few things that need to stop if you really want to reach your goals.

Skipping Sets

If you decide to cheat in the gym by not doing as much as you’re supposed to, then you are only suffering yourself. By not completing the reps and sets necessary you are cheating yourself out of the full workout therefore you won’t receive the full gains that you believe you deserve.

Not Giving It Your All

Pretending that you gave it your all in sessions will only hinder your growth. Even if you spend hours in the gym, that doesn’t automatically translate into results if you are not putting in the work. So don’t cheat yourself out of the benefits of putting your all into sessions.

Gym Selfies

Having a great relationship with the gym on social media is great and all. But if you are not nurturing the relationship with actual effort, your results will become as real as a pair of silicone implants. Taking nothing but selfies at the gym does nothing for you goal, you’re simply keeping up pretences by but not actually working towards anything except the perfect pose.

So if you’re already taking the time to go to the gym, why cheat yourself out of the benefits- and I don’t mean a few likes for the gram.

So when it comes down to who cheats more between men or women. It really doesn’t matter, because at the end of the day, you both end up losing out on something great. So if you really want to progress and have something real and substantial, remain faithful to the process, always give it your all, and make sure it has more value than ‘just likes for the gram’.

La mezza completa o "Half full lay" (credo si dica così in english). Come livello di difficoltà è "in media" superiore alla straddle, ma più facile della full (ovviamente)💪 Durante l'esecuzione dobbiamo formare una linea dritta e parallela a terra che va dalle spalle alle ginocchia, per poi avere queste ultime piegate, diminuendo così la leva totale😎 Ovviamente, come in tutte le propedeutiche, adduzione e depressione scapolare, addome bello contratto. Nella mezza completa diventerà fondamentale una corretta attivazione del bacino, retroversione, addome contratto e glutei belli stretti, che spingono il bacino verso l'alto, allineandolo con il resto del corpo🔥😎

  • Here’s another idea with hidden veggies 🌱Spinach burger buns and a white bean patty, so fun to make, easy and a good way to make your bread more nutritious😍 .
If you want to try them you’ll need: For 4 buns, 1/4 cup of spinach purée (raw) 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon dry yeast, 1/2 Tbsp olive oil 1,5 Tbsp sugar, pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, (you can use oat flour too) and sesame seeds to sprinkle on top.

-Method: Combine 1/2 cup of warm (but not hot) beet, yeast, sugar and oil, mix together, Until starts bubbling, it takes about 5-10 minutes. Then Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well, then knead for about 8 minutes until you get a smooth, supple dough (adjust the flour or liquid if necessary)Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel, let it rise minimum twice at a warm place. After flat the bubbles with your hands and divide the dough in 4 equal pieces, let it rest again 30-1h, and finally add the sesame seeds on top and bake at 180C for about 20-25mins until they’re slightly golden. .
