Leg day
First working set of squat: 10 reps with 180kg
Second: 2 reps with 220kg
Third: 6 reps with 180kg again 
This is my squat results 😂 my third set I needed to do 8 reps at least but my right hip muscle was too much shaking that can’t see in clip 🤦‍♂️ and it made me very unstable 🤣 anyway it was first try I hit 220kg and 2 reps were actually not bad👌 very slowly my leg strength is growing up haha to be honest I’m already worried about my pushday tomorrow because my legs are too sore now😭😭

오늘은 스쿼트하는 다리운동 날이에요 처음으로 220키로 도전해서 2회 겨우했네요 😭 사실 더하고 싶은 마음이였는데 딱 저때부터 오른쪽 엉덩이 근육이 쥐오기시작했어요🤦‍♂️ 그후에 180키로 적어도 8회는 하자 하고 들어갔는데 너무 쥐가 자꾸와서 6회 겨우 했어요🤯🤣 그래도 꽤 힘을 느낄 수 있던 하루 였던거 같아요 여전히 비시즌 식단으로 하루하루 보이지 않게 힘이 늘어나고 있는 듯 해요 👍 내일 푸쉬데이인데 지금 어마어마하게 다리가 땡겨서 사실 지금도 엄청 걱정되요 내일 잘 할 수 있을찌😫😆 그래도 이리 해야 다리운동이죠 ㅋㅋ

  • Been focusing a lot on form during my workouts lately. It helps connect with the trained muscles a lot better and feel them being worked, thus leading to better development.

👆I wish somebody would’ve told me this when I started lifting. I used to put on a lot of weight just to try to keep up with my friends, who were probably doing the same thing😂 and banged out reps without feeling any muscle activation (ego lifting). Now I’ve finally understood that the way you do exercises is waaaaay more important than the weight you use🤦‍♂️
The point is: if you don’t feel your muscles contracting properly when training, don’t lie to yourself saying that you do just to keep lifting heavy weights like I did. Start lowering the weight and focusing on using your muscles to do the work so you don’t waste your time. Then, overload over time while keeping perfect form and you will grow!

  • Musculus triceps brachii aneb trojhlavý sval pažní.

Jeho hlavní funkce je extenze lokte, ale taky se uplatňuje při addukci ramene. Je důležité posilovat všechny tři hlavy(ne nutně v rámci jednoho tréninku), aby nedošlo ke zkrácení ostatních hlav a maximalizovali jeho rozvoj, jak jen to je možné.

Takže tam pápni #agreez a skoč na něj!!! 👌💪🥦

  • 생각보다 근력의 회복 속도가 느리다. 
아마도 타고난 기질이 강하지 못함이 큰 몫을 하는 것 같다. 
이제서야 조금씩 알아가는 위기관리 능력. 
역시 운동도 타고나는 것 뿐만 아니라 머리가 좋고 실천을 빨리 하는 추진력이 바탕이 되어야 한다. 
이제 느낄만 하니 쇠퇴기에 접어들었고 큰 일이 있을 때 마다 후퇴의 폭은 커지고 회복의 속도는 더디기만 하다. 
지금도 늦지 않았으니 위기의식을 가지고 거북이 걸음을 시작하자.
