  • This is my 91 year old Grandma. Today she taught me, that life and your dreams doesn’t always align. It was such a clever thing to say, and I am grateful of finally having, some much needed time off, to spend with friends & family in Copenhagen 🙏 I wish we could have gone all the way in Berlin and win the major... But I hope if you keep dreaming and working, maybe one day it will happen!

  • Big hug for captain @valdecs 😂 Another day & another game. We won against NiP yesterday, and today concludes our 11th day at the major in Berlin. We’re still fired up though 🔥 Ready to face a tough opponent in @teamliquid today around 18:30 CET 💙 Thanks for the support guys. It means a lot! #brothersinarms ⚔️

  • Not ready to pack up and go home. We’re still in it, and I won’t stop dreaming now, just because it gets tough.. 💭🙏 Facing the legends from @nipgaming let the best team win, I’m gonna enjoy it, as if it was going to be my last game at least.

  • Defeat... Triggers one of the most sudden and inexplicable feelings of pain you can experience as a natural competitor. Atleast for me. People have always tried to tell me that it is just a job, hobby or whatever and it also is and for that I’m grateful, obviously. But then again for those same reasons this career, has been a huge part of my life, these past 4 years. I love being home in Denmark, but you don’t have time for everything. We travel close to 150 days a year, and for that every pro wants to be rewarded for the many hours put into it. Truth is everyone can’t always win and when you have too many defeats for a long amount of time you are slowly drowning in thoughts, feeling lonely and even at times feeling powerless, though my common sense would say ourselves are in control. That is my reality right now, and I can live with that. First of all because it is a part of the game. More importantly I don’t believe a life can always be happy 24/7 & 365 days a year. I hope someday I am proved wrong, but until then I will strive more towards a “meaningful” life. Oh and kids out there, keep dreaming and work hard to fulfill them, if you mean it is meaningful for YOU. Just know that there also will be ups and downs on the road to your goal, no matter what. Missed birthdays and lots of sacrifices. Believe in yourself as much as possible, because when you finally stand there and lift the trophy. You will most likely for your first time, have a really strong feeling of the thousand of hours being all worth it. I think many of my colleagues feel the same way, and for me it’s important to speak some truth to everyone wanting to spend their time following me or chase the same career. Instagram can be more and is supposed to be other than just sunshine and rainbow stories and pictures all the time 💙 Thanks for listening.
