  • Bored of Regular Aloo vala dosa try this Maggi Dosa at your home . It turned out so good 😍  For dosa batter : Soak 3 cups rice and 1 cup urad dal + 1 tsp methi seeds overnight. Grind them into a paste and mix them and let it ferment for 8-12 hours . Add some water and salt in the batter . Your dosa batter is ready  ____________________________________________  For cheese sauce: Add 2 tbsp butter and to it add 1 tbsp maida . Let it cook .Now to it add Milk to form a thick sauce and add 1/4 cup cheese and mix well . Add salt and black pepper .Your cheese sauce is ready  Follow @the_sassy_foodie for more food cravings πŸ˜‹

  • My lunch today Bhindi Fry , Beetroot raita with Roti 😍 Simple and Delicious lunch πŸ˜‹ _______________________________ Recipe of Bhindi Fry 1. In a pan add oil , to it add  1 tsp Jeera .Let it crackle . 2. Add 1/2 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp Garlic (Optional). Add 1 chopped green chilli  3. Now add 1-2 chopped onions and let it turn golden brown . 4. Now add 1/2 tsp jeera powder , 1 tsp Coriander powder , 1/4 tsp Aamchur , salt per taste , 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Mix well  5 . Now add the chopped bhindi ,mix well and cover and cook . 6. When it turns soft your bhindi is cooked and your Bhindi Fry is ready .
